This is a quality item and I really wish it would have worked for me. Unfortunately, the elastic straps cross behind the knee and put pressure on the back of my knee. The injury I have now is very sensitive on the back of my knee and I cannot wear this at this time.

Measurements showed I needed an XL but a Large was better. Otherwise, this is the best knee brace I've found, and I've been through quite a few.

I love this brace!!! however, when you wear it the under flap is not secure it moves around a lot there is no Velcro or rubber to keep it in place. Very frustrating please fix this. Then you will have a loyal fan!!!!

The media could not be loaded. I measured 4 inches above my knee as instructed. At first I was going for the large but after looking at the reviews. There was one video I saw, who had purchased a large but when you look at the video notice there’s an area where the brace covers the thigh. Therefore I went up one size to be safe and glad I did.
