This is a very nice-looking, modern black tie. It is primarily 2 inches wide along the front of the tie and extends out to a width of about 2.6 inches. This is a solid black tie, but if you look very closely, it has a nice woven pattern in the front and outstanding stitch-work on the back. The material feels silky smooth and it has a nice heft to it (not flimsy like some cheaply-made ties). Just keep in mind that this tie’s length is 48 inches long and a typical adult tie is about 57 to 58 inches. I would highly recommend this Calvin Klein Boys Solid Black Tie. Its design is attractive and quite versatile. It is definitely well made and should look great on kids.

This is a nice tie! It looks good and is great quality. Exactly what you would expect from Calvin Klein. They do need to define "Big Boys" better though, I thought it might fit my toddler but it is for preteen boys. It is a good price, though.

This is a really good quality tie if you need one for a really special event or more than one event, it seems like it’ll definitely last for a while. That being said if you need it for one singular event or your child is going to be growing out of boy size soon, you can probably find an alternate good-enough one for under $25. Otherwise this is definitely not a bad price for the quality and having a staple piece for special occasions.

This tie looks good. The fabric gives a nice shine to add a little visual interest even on a black tie. Sure, you pay a little more for the name but it also feels like a higher quality as well. The stitching is secure. This is a great set to use as a gift.

This is a good tie for a 10-15 year old. My son is 12 years old, and 5'-3" and this tie is has adequate length for him. Other than that, not much else to say. The tie's material is a polyester blend, nothing special, but that's probably for the best for kids. The width is nice, I'm not a fan of skinny ties, but I'm also not a kid. My son is in the school band and they need to were all black with black ties, so this fit the bill at a reasonable cost.
