I use them everyday. Take care of them and they will take care of you. I only handwash them, use silicon tools, and keep the heat at a reasonable level. These pans have been a great purchase and the nonstick is an excellent quality. One of the pans did warp slightly (probably from washing when too hot) but I was able to easily fix with a rubber mallet and a ruler. Would buy again. ... show more

This is a great set of pans. Very heavy duty thick walled, sturdy non-stick coating, and all but 1 pan comes with a lid. The sturdiness and heft of these pans is noticeable. Made quesadillas with no oil or butter and they slid right out of pan with nothing sticking to the bottom, including melted cheese. All of the pans in this 11-piece set are a great size, nothing is tiny like a lot of sets include. I never have a use for a 1 qt saucepan or an 8" fry pan. Even the stockpot is a nice size at 8qt. My only complaint is that the manufacturer does not package the items very well in the box. As many others have commented, pieces come damaged in some form. As expected, the items are all stacked together, but instead of protecting each piece with a piece of foam or thick cardboard, the pans and lids were just inside plastic bags. So, over time the scratch each other. The 2 largest (8qt and 12") have some damage around the rims where pieces rubbed. Nothing is dented or horribly scratched so I am keeping them. Just wish there was better attention to detail so that the pieces arrived in great shape for this kind of money. ... show more

The pots and pans are under a lifetime warranty. They did not hold up. They have scratches, the bottom of them is peeling off, and the cookware didn't hold up for longer than three years. I have sent warranty requests, but never an email or a call back. I Cannot find a phone number either. Customer service is very unhelpful. ... show more
