I’m going to stick with the original Perfector. For some reason this just didn’t work as well for me, I think I have so many layers…it’s was hard to get my hair all in smoothly…for some reason the original is easier for me to wrap my hair around. I do like that it has the feature (like the original) that once you’ve set the desired temperature you can quickly double-click the on/off button to lock the temperature settings, that way you don’t accidentally change the temperature while using it since the temperature settings are on the handle and can be easily switched accidentally when the lock isn’t on. ... show more

Doesn’t get hot enough for my hair to straighten

This isnt worth 100 dollars. I ended up pulling out my 25 dollar flat iron to do most of the work. It left my hair frizzy. The only thing it was good for was getting to the roots and giving a little lift but for 100.00 it should smooth and style all of my hair. I do have thick hair but even doing it in sections it just dodnt do a great job. I really wanted to love this ... show more
