Packaged arrived quickly. It was packaged well, no damage in transit. Was easy to put together and works well. It is very heavy (which is good because it’s made solid) so be prepared to have a little help lifting the box. I love all the extras like the usb ports, lights underneath the bed frame and the preset position buttons. If I ever need another adjustable bed frame, I will order this one again! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First, I have to give Amazon's RXO Heavy Item Delivery a big thank you. It went to several locations prior to arriving here & was in perfect condition. The moment they saw our house they had determined that they would carry it upstairs for us if we needed the help. (we are 76 and 74 so we were so thankful and they were very nice!!!). After removing our box springs and regular bed frame which was a project in itself as we have a Tempurpedic mattress which had to be leaned up against the wall and not fall over . . . . we were ready to assemble it. We had a 50/50 chance to get the head of the bed frame facing the right direction when lifted out of the box. Well, we laid it out from the box and it was facing the wrong way (the electrical needed to be at the head of the bed). (SO, in addition to "this side up" a Front/Back or something would be helpful on the box) . . . . . . .We had minimal room to turn it around so we folded one side in partially and my husband muscled most of it while I drug my end along with him (1,2 3 .. LIFT). . . . . It was easy to assemble (just fold it out and screw in the legs . . . then attach the electrical) . . . . . and lift it up and lower down onto the legs and maneuver to the right location. We put the bar that holds the mattress on last. We were worried to lower it down with the legs sticking out but we did just fine. Heavy, YES. . . but we did it. Everything works perfectly. I love putting the mattress cover on with the head & leg portion raised up . . . makes changing the bed so much easier. The lights work and all of the buttons on the remote control work perfectly. The video attached I pressed FLAT and both the top and the bottom go flat. Really glad we made this purchase!!! ... show more

Yes, the matress frame is heavy and my 6'4" 270 lb. Son brought the frame in on his own and used large furniture sliders to get the frame to the bedroom for his mother of 70 years old! All items were in box assembled except the legs the screw on; very easy to assemble! Didn't take long! The Adjustable bed, Vibrator works; USB both ports work and the light under bed works! My Son had to take waterbed frame apart; that took time! We are happy with our purchase! ... show more

A few years ago we got a similar adjustable bed from Mattress Firm at a discounted price since we also purchased a new mattress at the time. We were in need of an additional adjustable bed (but not another mattress) and went back to Mattress Firm to see about purchasing one. Unfortunately, since we were just in the market for an adjustable bed frame and not a mattress, too, there were no real deals to be had. The salesman (who shares the name of my favorite sandwich) even made sure to tell us that any of the adjustable beds we could buy on Amazon would not be sturdy enough for our Purple mattress and two full sized adults. We did not even mention Amazon, he is the one who brought it up. So, anyhow, we had to investigate the deals on the Zon after having no luck at Mattress Firm and found this adjustable bed. It is great!!! Even better and sturdier than the previous one we got at Mattress Firm. As a bonus, this one has massage (more of a vibrate but it is nice) and an under the bed light which helps when navigating our small bedroom at night. It shipped quickly, delivery was no problem. It was very heavy but my husband and I managed to unbox it and get it in our house with the help of a wheeled dolly. Assembly was simple. Price was great, especially compared to the ones we priced at Mattress Firm. We are very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this bed! ... show more
