I just looked at the parts and pretty much figured out where to locate the brackets and screws. Was concerned it would fit with the eco lithium battery, but it does fit perfectly. Makes it easy to vent the onboard battery charger and access the tackle in the extra room! Exactly what I needed and works great!

One bracket at each end pop rivets to the body. The spring assembly snaps onto each bracket.
