After 1-1/2 hour assembly out of the box..4 Hour battery charging.. Rode the bike..Bike has a smooth and solid ride.. plenty of power on the Hills. Rode 3 times, total 85 miles. Last ride of 31 miles came back on 1percent battery life.

My 14yo son worked all summer to buy this bike for himself. He is 6'4" and over 300lbs, and needed a bike that could fit his height and weight. This bike is one of the only ones we could find that would work for him! The price is very reasonable for an e-bike, and it had good reviews, so we ordered it. It took a little over a week to arrive and was packed very well. Assembly was very easy and took less than 20 minutes. Within the first week of having it, my son (who is new to ebikes) had a minor accident (not the bike's fault lol) and ended up damaging the throttle and gear shift. He was so upset that it was damaged. I messaged Airpas customer service and they responded immediately. I explained the situation and asked for prices to replace those parts. I gave them my amazon order number and other information, and they sent us the parts at NO charge!! The customer service is really awesome and the bike is a GREAT product! Really easy to use, it is quick and the battery lasts! You WOULD NOT be disappointed with this product or the company!! A++++++

I’ve had my bike for a few months, setup was straight forward, with no problems. This is a heavy and large bike. I had to relearn how to mount the bike, because it’s hard to swing your leg over the rear cargo carrier while standing on the ground. The way I mount it now is like you did when you were a kid, by pushing the bike putting your left leg on the left peddle and swing your right leg over while the bike is rolling

I have this e bike for over a month now and it's doing fine. Assembly was a little difficult since the manual was kinda confusing but got everything right and working. The brakes (front ones) were a little loud but works wonderfully so I don't mind the slight noise. As for riding I use full throttle and going uphill was a breeze going at around 18mph on a non windy day going straight or down it shows it's true power with speeds 32mph sometimes faster which can be a scary. The front lights are ok just need to be a bit brighter but not a deal breaker. Battery life is awesome I can go to and from work (hills like crazy) with a single charge. Overall it's a fantastic bike that I recommend for anyone who can handle its height, speeds and, weight. Solid e bike!

Scamcompany, garbage bike, horrible customer service. When my bike arrived and an hour and a half or more was spent assembling it the it was pulling to the left. I took it to the local bike store and they told me the fork was bent. I have gone round and round with these people to get help. Each time I send them an email and ask for help with the return they reply with a different subject. This bike is a nightmare to ship back and this company will not help you in any way. They promise to send me a new Fork to repair the bike I finally had to agree to that because shipping it back was going to be physically impossible and cost prohibitive. And then they wrote me back to say they don't have the right size fork. I'm stuck with a garbage piece of bike. Do your research on this company. They have an F rating with a Better Business bureau.

Several things went wrong here and I suppose it was my fault for thinking that a bike recommend for a 5'1" was going to work for me, but the main thing for me was the shipping had I known the trouble I was going to go though with this bike I would have asked for a return immediately. I ordered this bike in MAY 27 and it said June 3-5 after the 5th then it said the 11th........ then the 12th..........then the 13th finally came TWO weeks wait OK fine. So I put it together and realized I am not only too small, but it is SO heavy for me others who are NOT 5'1" height and 120lbs will be fine for this bike. As for me I decided to return it thinking it easy (like the last one). Thank goodness my sister came with me to help lift this thing in my car and in the store and on the scale because THIS bike screwed me over for the shipping cost of $317. I feel that was a little unfair seeing as you know I waited two weeks for this thing, but I will give you (for those who a 5'2" and higher some Pro since it really wasn't a bad bike) Pros: -28MPH -Motor is very powerful -Waterproof (so it says) -60 miles distance -big display is very nice and easy to see -display can also charge your phone as well -tires a great brand and very good resistants to them -so easy to put together In summary it really is not a bad bike, but all the headaches I had to go through for just the return let alone the size and weight of the thing it was not worth the wait at all
