This bike has exceeded my expectations so far. It arrived undamaged, and the unpacking and assembly was simple! It looks surprisingly sleek for an e-bike, but feels sturdy. It’s easy to pedal with no motor support despite the weight, and the pedal assist feels natural at the default settings. I would recommend getting familiar with the different PAS levels in combination with the throttle to help accelerate from a stop and tackle inclines. Check your local laws, but the settings can be changed to raise its maximum speed limit, it ships with a capped speed of 20mph. Fantastic bike and easy to assemble. They do come with 30tpi tires. Upgrade to 120tpi A.s.a.p. to avoid the hassle of flats. Very easy to do, just go to a local bike shop.

I've had this ebike for under a year and still rides poorly, wheels wobbly spokes are looses, and squeaky .I've called many times about problems

    • Awesome bike!
My 14yo son worked all summer to buy this bike for himself. He is 6'4" and over 300lbs, and needed a bike that could fit his height and weight. This bike is one of the only ones we could find that would work for him! The price is very reasonable for an e-bike, and it had good reviews, so we ordered it. It took a little over a week to arrive and was packed very well. Assembly was very easy and took less than 20 minutes. Within the first week of having it, my son (who is new to ebikes) had a minor accident (not the bike's fault lol) and ended up damaging the throttle and gear shift. He was so upset that it was damaged. I messaged Airpas customer service and they responded immediately. I explained the situation and asked for prices to replace those parts. I gave them my amazon order number and other information, and they sent us the parts at NO charge!! The customer service is really awesome and the bike is a GREAT product! Really easy to use, it is quick and the battery lasts! You WOULD NOT be disappointed with this product or the company!! A++++++ ... show more

I’ve had my bike for a few months, setup was straight forward, with no problems. This is a heavy and large bike. I had to relearn how to mount the bike, because it’s hard to swing your leg over the rear cargo carrier while standing on the ground. The way I mount it now is like you did when you were a kid, by pushing the bike putting your left leg on the left peddle and swing your right leg over while the bike is rolling ... show more

I have this e bike for over a month now and it's doing fine. Assembly was a little difficult since the manual was kinda confusing but got everything right and working. The brakes (front ones) were a little loud but works wonderfully so I don't mind the slight noise. As for riding I use full throttle and going uphill was a breeze going at around 18mph on a non windy day going straight or down it shows it's true power with speeds 32mph sometimes faster which can be a scary. The front lights are ok just need to be a bit brighter but not a deal breaker. Battery life is awesome I can go to and from work (hills like crazy) with a single charge. Overall it's a fantastic bike that I recommend for anyone who can handle its height, speeds and, weight. Solid e bike! ... show more

Got his bike for my wife and she LOVES IT!! We have taken both of our Aipas bikes on several rides. Battery lasts quite a long time for how much its used. It was easy to setup. Price was perfect on it.
