Update 4 months of having it still a great scooter a few issues I have had the battery doesn’t last as long as it did in the first two months but still has a good battery I take it 3 to 5 miles a day for 6 days a week and charge it every other day but typically still has a couple bars of life when I charge it sometimes when I first turn it on it acts like it doesn’t want to go but if I turn it off and back on it’s typically fine now to the speed which has reduced quite a bit since getting it the first monthish I was hitting 25 mph which is fantastic since it said it only got up to 15 I assumed it was because of my small frame 4’11 104ish pounds but after four months it gets only the 15 which does concern me about it dropping again in a few months it also doesn’t have a lot of get up and go from a stop it’s actually a rather slow start off will possibly update more in the future if anyone is interested Update this scooter is amazing I took it on a 16 mile ride and only lost one battery bar it handles very well on the road and small gravel or dirt handles small hills decently but does slow down going up them the front light is off to the side a bit but you can still see at night I ordered two weeks ago said it wouldn’t be here for another three weeks it was super easy to put it together took about 45 minutes probably would have been faster if I read the instructions instead of just figuring it out came fully charged and packaged very good I road it around the block a few times and it handles amazing lights are bright and the tail light flashes when you hit your brakes neat feature on the ride around the block in mode three I got it up to 16.8 granted I am a very small frame 4’11 and about 110 pounds so far I love it and it’s exactly what I was looking for I will be using it to get to work tomorrow we will see how it handles the real test before this scooter I had a jetson ebike and it held up for two years with little to no repairs having to be done let’s hope this scooter can last just as long ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my 9yr old daughter to use when we go on longer bike rides and she loves it. It doesn't go too fast and even when she's not using it, I use it to take my dog on runs so far it has been a great scooter for the whole family! Nice and quiet running, and the lights work out perfect at night when you want to be seen by other cars. 200 MILE UPDATE: The nylon tread tires are very flimsy and after 198 miles, the back tire popped because the tread had worn down completely through the tire. I had to make a trip to the bike shop to get replacement tires and tubes. I bought some much more durable treads for $10 each and puncture resistant tubes for $16 each. Unfortunately, none of the tubes that the bike shop was selling had angled inflation stem. Soooooo I actually had to drill through the rear wheel at an angle next to where the original stem hole is located, so that my pump would fit onto the stem so I could inflate the tire. The front tire still has tread on it, so I will be keeping it on the scooter until it fails... but I'm pretty disappointed at the low quality of the treads that come with the scooter. Many other people had commented on it on other reviews, but I wanted to know how long the tires would actually last. That being said, after replacing the back tube/tire, I still love using the scooter to take my dog on runs at night(the lights are nice and bright). And my daughter, who's the primary user of the scooter, still enjoys riding it. Plus, being much lighter than I am, she is able to get up to speed pretty well, and the batter lasts longer when she's on it. Being 36v, it doesn't have the quickest pickup. After opening it up to get the back wheel completely off, it has a pretty hefty sized battery, but I'm hoping that I'll be able to upgrade the battery in the future without much fabrication. Not very water proof, so I would advise against riding through anything deeper than 1/2 inch puddles. ... show more

first i never assume anything , but my overall experience with this scooter has been a nightmare . a friend bought this scooter for me as a gift back in late Nov . i am an elderly disabled man living alone in north central Florida . It was a great scooter but sadly a few weeks ago the back tire went flat , i called urban max to see if i could replace the tire only to find it was impossible to reach them. After calling amazon i decided to purchase another scooter on my own as i have no other means other than my bike to transport me. the scooter arrived and after assembly I took it out . i live four miles from town and did not place a great deal of shopping material in the basket as it warns not to exceed the weight . upon returning home i noticed the steering was not right and suddenly i realized something was wrong . i unloaded my basket and placing the scooter on the charger realized the back tire was flat . My heart sank as this left me stranded . i called amazon packed it up and sent it back and they quickly sent out a replacement . i had the scooter for one day and again the same back tire and same situation i have sine sent the scooter back and a refund will ne issued . guys i weigh in at 178 so i did not exceed the weight nor did i over inflate the tire .. now two scooter later same issue same tire can you honestly tell me that something is not off .. i also noticed the scooter i purchased upon unpacking was covered in scratch marks which tells me it was pre assembled and shipped back . it was sold as new BUT IT WAS NOT NEW .. now i am at present dealing with the insurance company for a 24 month protection plan for the first scooter which was a gift .. i honestly have no desire to slam a seller , but when the company finally did call he left a rude voice mail saying and i quote , your line isnt working and hung up .. If my line wasnt working how did he call me and leave a voice mail? Please stay away from this company ... show more
