Love the product but shipping in the summer is AWFUL. The heat causes the product to seep out causing you to get less product then you paid for and it causes the product to oxidize faster. Best option buy in the winter and enjoy

It took a while, but do it everyday. It does work. I have freckles and somehow I got these couple dark spots that are not freckles in addition to the elongated area near my cheek bones that are darker. I started using this. Sure it has smells. But I can deal with it. Some might think that the smell is unbearable. Everyone's different. I can't bear the smell of vegetables and fruits, they all smell like freshly cut lawn to me. I instantly get nauseated when I smell vinegar or cucumber. So everyone has a different sense of smell, and different bodily response. I can deal with this smell. And crystals, yes it does get formed. But it doesn't bother me at all. It does sting and it doesn't matter how much you use. So don't put a lot on your skin which will take time to get absorbed and stings more. I let it dry and put physiogel face cream to soothe it. The dark line is much lighter and spots are lighter as well. When I wear make up (sheer BB cream, I don't wear full makeup), I can't really see the spots and even some of my freckles. I wanted to even the color of my skin as I have it lighter around my eyes and some dark spots on my cheeks. I've been using it for 2 weeks now combined with the Vitamin E mask from Klair's and I'm loving it and already seeing results. My skin is looking nicer, even, hydrated and brightened. I apply 2 drops of the serum on my cheeks and forehead and use my fingers, it absorbs very quickly and in my skin it feels a little bit sticky but not to much to be a con for me. When I feel my skin has absorbed it I apply the vitamin E gently and pat it with my hands. You just need a little bit so it will last longer than the serum. Then I use my regular night cream on top. My face instantly looks luminous and I feel more elasticity. I do recommend this product!!!! I'm getting the results I expected. ... show more

I absolutely love this product, but it keeps arriving with barely 1/3 left of the bottle. Have you tried shipping this in smaller boxes with more padding so it doesn’t get shaken up? This has happened like 4 times for me and twice in a row for a friend of mine who I turned onto the product.

I love this product but both times I have bought it off of Wishtrends official website and Amazon storefront and it came leaked :( the bottle doesn’t appear broken but it happened twice. Hopefully this is a small issue they could fix in the future.

I've never used a vitamin C serum before, but I had high hopes for this product and it did not disappoint! I have really bad acne scars, some are years old already but after using this product every single night for less than a month, I can see them fading away. Like really, even those huge acne scars are fading, and that is less than a month! I'm excited to wake up every morning to see how my face is. One thing I don't like is that I have to go to the kitchen during my night skin routine because I have to keep the bottle in the fridge. But it's okay. :) Will not buy soon, because this product may last me another 3-4 months. :) But will repurchase once it's almost finished. Definitely worth it. ... show more

Used to live in korean and used this product regularly. I absolutely love it. Out of any vitamin c serum I have tried only this one has worked. However this is a first time ordering from amazon. My package arrived today leaking and partially oxidized. I don’t believe I will able to use this product. Incredibly disappointed as I was really excited to obtain this product again. ... show more
