I ordered 8 different cabinets and this one had small damage on the frame of the top part and the bottom cabinet got lost by UPS(comes in two separate boxes). The company I ordered from got the manufacturer to send the replacement frame immediately. When they discovered the other part was lost, they sent a replacement part after UPS notified them. Cabinet looks really great. Assembling is a bit harder than it seems on the video, especially aligning the drawer tracks... However, customer service was super helpful and responsive. Great interaction with the team.

This cabinet is assembled with tongue and groove. Grooves were rough and not machined properly. Had to redo most of them. Cabinet is sturdy. Had to create a cover for where cabinets joined but expected that from pics. Love the extra storage. Doors work well.

    • No fasteners just glue joints

Packaging could be better to protect the face it was the top layer in the box and protected by a layer of bubble wrap. Apparently another heavy box was dropped on its conner onto the cabinet package. When unboxed on of the cabinet doors was gouged and slightly cracked. It was ok because it was getting painted. So a little wood filler and palm sanding and it was invisible. It would have been a big problem if it was pre finished. It goes together well but I strategically put in some brad nails to hold everything straight and square until the glue dried. Finished it looks good but you Supply your own toe kick. ... show more

The instructions and photos aren’t clear and I ended up damaging the drawer bottom trying to the it to sit correctly on the drawer front. The cabinet does seem sturdy, but now is useless with the damaged drawer.

Quality of the product was good but not great. Item shipping in reasonable time. UPS damaged both boxes and some items within. Cabinet could have been packaged better as the doors attached to the face frame with screws pulled out and will require repair. Recommend the doors and hinges be pre-drilled only and allow the customer to install them. Hardware packaging broke open and items where lost. Recommend not using a sandwich zip lock bag. Several of the dovetail miter joints where not clean and had broke off edges. Have sent a request to the vendor, they have yet to respond. Would like to give a better rating, but at this time will keep at a 3 and 1/2. ... show more
