BUT my mother who has been noticing dark bags and creases around her eyes and mouth has been wanting to try it out. She was hesitant because she has sensitive skin but I assured her that she would be fine. After persuasion, She allowed me to put this on her face and WOW within 30 seconds this stuff changed her appearance dramatically. We couldn't believe how little we had to use and for how long it kept her firmed up for. It did not make her face break out in any way but it does leave a small little white residue. I do not recommend it if you are dark-skinned but if you have fair skin then you should be fine. She looked so refreshed and was so happy that she ordered three bottles and gave them as gifts to people we know with visible aging. I will definitely be ordering more in the future for myself prevent wrinkles from forming prematurely. The picture in the review is of my mother before and after application. The firmness lasted about 10-12 hours......... I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review. Just a very happy and super satisfied customer. Also it's way cheaper than the stuff you see in the infomercials and works just as good. Make sure your face is clean and dry before applying. Also, you will feel the tightness for about an hour but you'll get used to the feeling and hardly notice it after a while. ... show more

I really should have known better, but curiosity (and hope) got the best of me. Yes, this product tightens—*immediately and aggressively*. The moment it dries, your face feels like it’s been shrink-wrapped, which sounds impressive until you realize you’re suddenly afraid to smile, talk, or exist with emotions. Any movement feels like you’re testing the structural integrity of your own skin. And then comes the residue. The unavoidable, stubborn, chalky white residue that appears no matter how carefully you apply it. Thin layer, thick layer, tapping instead of rubbing—none of it mattered. White flakes settled into pores, fine lines, and random areas that had no business being involved. Trying to fix it only made things worse, as if the product took it personally. At that point, my face looked less “firm” and more “mid-meltdown.” Putting makeup on top was a rookie mistake I will never make again. Everything cracked, separated, and betrayed me, and the white residue reappeared like it had unfinished business. Even layering moisturizer underneath didn’t help—it just delayed the disaster.     • It works but you need to experiment with products

I purchased this product a few years ago and initially wasn’t a fan due to the dry patches it left on my skin. It felt too much like a firming peel-off mask, and I struggled to apply makeup over it. Recently, I rediscovered the old bottle and decided to give it another shot—and this time, it worked beautifully with my makeup! After some experimentation, I found the best method for application: 1. Start with a completely clean face—skip all skincare products. 2. Apply a small pea-sized amount to the targeted areas and let it dry for about 10-15 minutes. If you notice any white patches, simply spritz with water or gently tap the area with a damp finger to remove the excess. 3. For foundation, I use Cover FX tinted moisturizer applied with a brush in tapping motions—this prevents any product from being pulled off. 4. Next, I apply either IT Cosmetics Nude Glow or their CC Cream (with SPF 40) on top, also using a brush and tapping motions. You can definitely layer it without any issues. 5. To finish, I spritz with a setting or glow spray. I prefer Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist; while it doesn't act exactly like a setting spray, it beautifully melds with the firming cream for a stunning, glowy glass skin effect. 6. If any patchy areas arise, just dab those spots with a damp beauty blender or target them with a dewy mist, then dry it with a portable hand fan. I hope these tips help you as much as they’ve helped me! Finding the right combination does take some experimentation, but this routine works wonders for my skin. As a 42-year-old Latina with super dry and sensitive skin (thanks to lupus and immunosuppressants), and living in a moderately rainy climate, I’ve tailored this process specifically to suit my needs. ... show more

I wish I had returned this! I must say it works! It absolutely transforms and tightens your skin making you look years younger! Then why do I wish I had returned it, right? Well, you put it on and later there’s this awful white chalky residue on your face! I wore it to a party at work left the house looking great and some time during the party and when into the restroom and this awful white look was on my face Ugh! People were probably looking at me and thinking what’s on her face! I was so embarrassed. But me liking the starting result decided to try it again, experimenting with lighter coats and still the same result. I don’t recommend this product. Really wish I had gotten a refund! ... show more

    • works great but with flaws

so this definitely works to temporarily tighten skin. However, I find that it only really works on my 11 lines... scowl lines between my eyebrows. I swear, I look 10 years younger when I use this product on the 11 lines. BuSmile lines, and lines around the eyes aren't really affected. Maybe it's because of the facial movements. but those lines remain. THEN, even tho it does work on the 11 lines, there is a downside... it leaves a residue that eventually cakes up and flakes off. Sometimes, you can see the patch of product on the face, because you really can't put makeup over it as that softens the skin back up and make the product start to come off For very short term use, it is great on my 11 lines and really makes me look younger, which is the goal. But be prepared to have to check on it regularly to make sure it is not showing itself. If so, wash it off and reapply. ... show more
