The tool box was very easy to install on my flatbed truck. The door was not adjusted to ensure a tight seal, but the adjustment took a couple minutes and now the seal is tight. The box arrived before expected and was in good condition. There were a couple minor scuffs, but it is mounted below the bed and will get rock chips and other road damage. Box was dented on the corners and side as well as scratched up. Great box, very poor shipping protection. It was simply shipped in an unprotected card board box. The unit itself is a very good product. I found a local dealer here in town and when I buy the rest of the boxes, I will pay more to get a nice looking box as opposed to saving a few bucks and get damaged units through the freight system. ... show more

I had to return the first set because of big dents and scratches, second set had the same dents to looks like it’s a manufacturing issue, also the lid is not straight, it’s crooked on all 4 units I bought, and the gaskets are cheap and one after just 1 week one gaskets already peeling off. Build quality is worse than China, welds are terrible they didn’t even bother to grind them down, take the proudly made In USA sticker off, it’s not deserving of that. Whole reason I bought these is because it’s American made. Better off buying the China vevor brand , my buddy had those and it’s 2x the box for half the price. Will be returning….again! ... show more

This 18 x 18 x 48 box arrived quickly. It's really heavy duty and the door hardware is solid. I couldn't find the keys!! The cardboard box that it shipped in was thin and weak. Come on you guys at Buyers Products! The corners were all dinged and the paint was chipped. There was paint chaffe on several edges as well. The packaging was really below standard. I found the keys twist tied to the lock mechanisms inside the shroud. Um, yeah. Talk about hide and seek. The door is not flush with the frame of the body when in the closed and locked position. It is an 1/8 inch proud of the frame. I guess that's intentional but it really should be flush. I had to adjust the closures on both locks to firmly seat the door to the frame as the factory setting allowed it to rattle. ... show more

Product arrived damaged. Looked used. Scratches, dented, corners scraped. Not happy, but did not have time to replace with a new order. Truck box had to be installed and put in the field. Definitely a returned item from someone else. Obviously packaging was restored and had multiple stickers from other shipments. Felt like Amazon really let me down in this one. As to the product. Decent build quality, not heavy duty but thick enough metal to hold light gear. Latch will need to be adjusted to make it weather tight. Not ready to go out of the box.
