The tool box was very easy to install on my flatbed truck. The door was not adjusted to ensure a tight seal, but the adjustment took a couple minutes and now the seal is tight. The box arrived before expected and was in good condition. There were a couple minor scuffs, but it is mounted below the bed and will get rock chips and other road damage. This 18 x 18 x 48 box arrived quickly. It's really heavy duty and the door hardware is solid. I couldn't find the keys!! The cardboard box that it shipped in was thin and weak. Come on you guys at Buyers Products! The corners were all dinged and the paint was chipped. There was paint chaffe on several edges as well. The packaging was really below standard. I found the keys twist tied to the lock mechanisms inside the shroud. Um, yeah. Talk about hide and seek. The door is not flush with the frame of the body when in the closed and locked position. It is an 1/8 inch proud of the frame. I guess that's intentional but it really should be flush. I had to adjust the closures on both locks to firmly seat the door to the frame as the factory setting allowed it to rattle. ... show more

Arrived damaged. Metal Boxes are heavy duty, but damaged in shipping due to terrible packaging. Spent almost 500 dollars, and now Amazon expects me to waste my time sending them back? Terrible packaging!

Product arrived damaged. Looked used. Scratches, dented, corners scraped. Not happy, but did not have time to replace with a new order. Truck box had to be installed and put in the field. Definitely a returned item from someone else. Obviously packaging was restored and had multiple stickers from other shipments. Felt like Amazon really let me down in this one. As to the product. Decent build quality, not heavy duty but thick enough metal to hold light gear. Latch will need to be adjusted to make it weather tight. Not ready to go out of the box.
