I would have liked to just contact the seller about this but don’t see that option. One of the sockets that the bulbs fit into does not work. It’s the one on the left end. The quality of the wiring nuts isn’t great and one fell apart during installation. Thankfully, my son is an electrician and had extras. The fixture was easy to install, is fairly lightweight, and is beautiful! It has a light diffuser that helps make the light less intense. I bought bulbs that are the equivalent of 25watts and there are 6 of them (5 working in this one) so I’m very glad I have a dimmer switch. I don’t really want to return this, it’s already up, but I do think I should get a partial refund, at least or be able to wait until the new one comes in before having to send the old one back. Pay attention when installing the plate it hangs from bc this only goes up one way and of course, we picked the wrong way so had to take it down and reinstall it. There is protective film over that so don’t forget to take that off (no easy feat, lol). I really like the chandelier I’m just not happy that not all of the sockets work. UPDATE: I ended up exchanging it. The new one is all good. I recommend getting the WARM bulbs for this. The midrange ones were piercingly bright. The warm ones aren’ are still too white but better than the other ones. The included diffuser plate helps. ... show more

I got this light kit for the small bathroom and I feared it would look really plain but it is anything but plain. It's quite elegant in a nice, small package that fits smaller areas that need a lot of light and some dress up but nothing overwhelming. This is exactly how I would describe this light kit once it's up. I love it! It compliments the rest of the room and it brightens the space given the prism type effect the facets have. It was a breeze to put up. Less than 10 minutes, and I'm saying that to include removing the old one. The kit arrived well packaged and it has a nice design for low ceilings. The materials are not super high end but put together well and I'm actually happy that this is so lightweight and easy to handle while installing. It looks fantastic from below once up and it makes it so much nicer to install without the weight of metal or heavy, thick glass. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a smaller fixture that puts out a good amount of light while remaining pretty flush to the ceiling. The wiring is good, the pieces are all in place, and it looks like it will last for a long time. ... show more
