Great desk! It takes a bit to put together but it’s worth it. Easy to follow instructions and everything lines up and fits. Nice size and sturdy. Only thing that could improve is make the desk top a more natural brown color, it has a “fake wood” look. I would buy it again!

DO NOT BUY THIS DESK unless you’re looking for a masterclass in incompetence, gaslighting, and the world’s slowest customer support hamster wheel. I don’t know what’s worse, the fact that this overhyped Franken-desk showed up with critical parts drilled backwards, or the Olympic-level runaround I received from a vendor that clearly thinks “customer support” is just a suggestion. For a $1,000+ product, I expected quality, clarity, and care. Instead, I got: 🔨 A defective desk • The cabinet side panel was mirrored wrong, factory-drilled in reverse, rendering the desk physically unbuildable. • The instructions weren’t even IKEA-bad, they were borderline sabotage. 🧻 Customer service straight out of a Kafka novel • I sent detailed descriptions. • I attached multiple labeled photos. • I hand-fed their rep the exact issue multiple times. • I BEGGED them to pick up a phone for what should've been a 5-minute resolution. Instead, they paraded around like AI-generated diplomats on sedatives, replying with useless platitudes like: “I hope you have a perfect June and a wonderful July.” “We are not in the United States.” “Your happiness is our top priority.” Translation? We don’t care, we don’t understand, and we’ll do anything except fix the problem. 📦 The FedEx fiasco Eventually, and I mean after days of nonsense, they gave me a FedEx tracking number. Guess what? It didn’t move. They literally created a shipping label and hoped I’d shut up. Then they had the nerve to tell me: “Your package may have been lost.” No. It was never shipped. You lied. 💸 Let’s talk about insult, I paid $1,024.99. They offered me $20. Then $40. I wouldn’t take $1,000 in hush money to keep quiet now. 💀 Final Verdict This company is a global logistics dumpster fire wrapped in PR gibberish. Their product is flawed, their response time is medieval, and their apology loop is a soulless carousel of stall tactics and hollow words. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy, although I might send one a desk as a prank. Avoid like moldy sushi. Return while you still have hope. **edit: the last box arrived. The desk was put together and I am happy with it. However, the motor should be on the other side. The engineering isn’t the best as the keyboard is on the left and the power source on the right. The cable does not reach. I had to purchase another power cord on Amazon. You also have to be mindful of the built in power supply because if the desk is all the way down, it will crush whatever you have plugged in. I am missing critical parts and cannot contact them. I received three boxes and it seems another one is missing. I am missing the mechanical part that makes the desk go up and down. I have a desk for my office that cant be used. From the parts I did receive, it seems sturdy and nice enough. ... show more
