I like the feel of this reel. It performed okay on walleye trolling but had a couple observations. The release switch is real close to the line counter. Not a real deal breaker just kind of annoying that you had to reach to find the release. The other issue and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the drag is not very strong, good enough for big walleyes but it would slip and it would catch which could lead to lost fish. I like the size, kind of compact but holds enough line, clicker strong and problems. A lot of aluminum..handle, drag etc.. But because of the drag I will not be buying again. ... show more

Wanted to like this because of how much line it holds, but it broke the first use. It seems as if the gears are broken and won’t catch, because the spool is only turning on some of the rotations of the handle. Unfortunately, I didn’t use it until outside the return window, so I can’t get my money back. But wouldn’t recommend. ... show more
