First off my daughter loves it. Me, I was very surprised at the quality, it was well packed and FedEx delivered it fine. The assembly process went well, the directions are pretty clear for the most part. Do yourself a favor and don't tighten down things fully until the end. Everything is well thought out and straightforward. I used about a half dozen white zip ties for better cord management for the LED lights. They give you 4 velcro straps which I don't think is enough. Once you tighten all the bolts it is very sturdy. For the price it's a great deal, I've seen lower quality beds for 4 or 5 times the price in stores. Again I was very pleased with the quality for the price.

Love this bed and so does my daughter. We ordered it because my 4 year old wanted a big girl bed and she has a sister on the way. There is plenty of room for her and all of her stuffed animals. The top bunk has just as much room but we are using it as storage for right now. It was easy to assemble and sturdy.

There are no WORDED directions. Only pictures. It’s 300 hundred pieces with only picture directions. If you want to return it’s more expensive than the bed cost. It’s impossible.
