I was looking for a light that fit nicely in the space on the front of my golf cart. I've been known to play until it's too dark really, to see the ball, so I use the flood light to see the ball launch using this light in I know about where to go look. Sounds crazy I know, but it's what I do... This light is very bright and does the job nicely. Amperage draw was a concern on this installation, and I figured it would be around 7 or 8 amps. The battery on my gas powered cart needed to still be able to start the cart after several minutes of sitting with the light on and without the engine (and generator) operating. I haven't had any issues with available power from the stock battery. I had to modify the mounts slightly because the arc on them that's meant to fit the back of the light was not quite right. It would have been really difficult to install the bolts that hold the brackets to the back of the lamp without damaging the light or stripping the bolts or something. Fortunately, a after few minutes with a file, the fit was good enough. Other than that I have no issues with the install process. The light has operated flawlessly along with the relay and switch for a year now, and I would choose this one again! ... show more

I've been using these under the rear bumper of my CCSB F250 for backing up when snow plowing at night in poor weather. They are brighter than my headlights, but the mounting brackets are very weak. They will snap off if the brush against a snow bank. My solution is to just use huge 3/8" wide zip ties wrapped right around the the whole light. It covers a little of the lens bit they are so bright I don't notice a difference. When they get bumped they will wiggle a little but not fall off. I have one that have been dented, even had one fall off while I was plowing in daylight and didn't notice till I had dragged it by the wire behind the truck for miles. It's ugly now, but still shining bright. ... show more

Very bad wiring harnesses. Second one within a month that blew a fuse, when same fuse was replaced the harness started smoking, almost leading to a atv catching on fire. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Unfortunately the standard factory lights aren’t really that bright for the night driving so we bought the light bar. We were surprised at how quickly it was delivered during this COVID crap. This is the first lightbar I have used so I don't really know what I'm comparing too, but I can say its bright enough to drive my gokart through the woods at night. Great for karts and atvs. Mounting screws are kind of tiny but they work. Mine did not include the mounting nuts for the two main bolts which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. ... show more
