It's creatine, not a drug, stop mislabeling a naturally occurring compound (not toward the seller). Anyways, Bulk Supplements always come in clutch. This is creatine, takes time with any other creatine to notice the difference, keep up the intake, and don't overload on it as it will do nothing for you. It does not have a flavor, but if you drink it without any additives (pre-workout, carnitine, etc. something that is flavored) You will notice it... You. Will. Notice. It. It's there. Moving into some more stuff I've learned from my past. Don't drink it concentrated. (5g+1mLH2O for example) Just don't do it. It is like a laxative. Follow the directions of use on the label. This is one of the best, yet most diverse supplements. Specifically, Bulk Supplements will always give you the bang for your buck as they say. Powder is simple to mix and tasteless so it blends in many drinks. I've tried measuring out with a small spoon and just stirring but it won't fully dissolve that way. If you go that route you'll end up having to keep stirring again to break it up. The ideal way to mix is in a shaker bottle with a metal ball. I use 8oz of water, a splash of juice for flavor, and 1-2 teaspoons of the powder. In less than 3 months I don't fit in my t-shirts anymore and have had to start buying the next size up. Wife is not mad about it either 😉 This isn't a magic bullet; you still have to plan a workout schedule that fits your available time each week and commit to doing the work. But it's one of the most benign supplements you can take to increase muscle growth since the body already generates creatine organically. Be sure to drink a good amount of water once you start supplementing with creatine. TLDR: Got big fast, happy wife happy life. ... show more

It doesn't come with a scooper! I'm pretty sure it's four times per day for loading for 7 days, then just take 1 serving per day after that, so will last a while. If you take more than one serving at once though it can cause stomach pain, so have to spread it out throughout the day. Anyways, definitely helps with muscle growth and cardio imo. It's been 5 days and I already look huge and gained like 2-3lbs of water weight I think, but who cares about that cuz more importantly, my performance is up! ... show more
