Great energy for our 430am workout. It doesn’t make me feel nauseous BUT I must drink it slowly or I do feel sick. If your not use to a pre workout I highly suggest starting with half a scoop.

They should really update their included scoops size. It’s like a heaping scoop with their scoop to get to the 12.3 grams stated on container. Should just put a tablespoon in at this point. Weighed it out to find this out. Just a heads up.

Want a pre workout that hits harder than life itself, here you go. I took one scoop and within minutes my entire body was tingling like I had licked an electric fence. My stomach flipped, my soul left my body and I had to sprint to the bathroom like I was competing for a medal. By the time I made it to the gym, my heart was pounding so loud I swear other people could hear it. Halfway through my workout I genuinely thought I unlocked a new level of cardio called survival.
