This package must be a returned item. They probably did not inspect the returned item and resold again. The merchant immediately shipped us a new package. I examined each cup and they looked ok. Overall, this is low quality porcelain. But with the price you paid, it is reasonable. Happy with the merchant’s immediate replacement shipment! ... show more

Love it! The set comes well-packed and actually comes in a decently pretty box for gifting or to used for storage/moving, if necessary. I fell in love with it while taking it out of the box - it's a pretty set. The color and sizes are as described. One nice feature that I didn't notice in the item description is that the tea pot lid has a little lip on it that keeps it from falling off while pouring - nice touch. It's not bone china, of course, but this is a nice set that presents really well and priced well. I'm very pleased. As for customer service - I received this item delivered by Amazon on SUNDAY. While I was taking the pieces out of the box, I notice a small chip in the rim one of the tea cups. That same day - on SUNDAY - I wrote an email to the company, Brew to a Tea, through Amazon explaining that I had a chipped cup and asking how to handle the issue. I received a friendly response the same day and by that same evening I received an email letting me know a replacement cup was on the way with a tracking number. Don't let the chipped cup scare you away - things happen sometimes, what is important is how the company works with you to remedy issues. This company did exceptionally well in that department, and that makes this an even more quality purchase in my book. ... show more

    • A lovely tea set!!
This is a very pretty tea set. I was looking for something to remind me of The Queen’s special year…👑…& this was perfect! There are flowers on one side & a “royal” design on the other of each piece. Lovely weight & nice size teacups. It will be enjoyed for many years to come.
