This item just died 3 months after getting it. Brussels bonsai custome support hardly listened to me and seemed annoyed I called. They kept telling me how bad Amazon was and that since I bought through Amazon you get a 30 day warranty only and that I would revive no consideration on the 85 dollar tree even though I have purchased 12 trees from them. They said if I had bought direct I would have gotten better service from them. I will buy no more trees from them….Thanks for nothing Brussels Bonsai…. ... show more

I’ve been keeping Bonsais for almost 20 years off and on. I order this one along with a ficus and Fukien tea. Both the others are doing very well and I’m caring for them as I do my others (and as per instructions). They were all packaged very well and arrived looking good except the jade. It was shedding leaves but the soil was moist so I assumed it was “shipping shock”. The other 2 trees are doing well, but the jade is all but dead despite my efforts. I’d date the other 2 trees as a “got what I expected for the price”, but pretty disappointed in the jade and the waste of money on that one. ... show more

We were gifted a smaller Dwarf Jade bonsai from this company a month ago, we were so pleased with the quality that I ordered this larger dwarf jade bonsai. Very, very disappointed - mutiple broken stems, crushed leaves, losing a lot of leaves, and it has yet to start sprouting new leaves. The first tree is perfect, this second tree not so good and it cost almost double the price. ... show more
