While researching my new kitchen faucet, I wasn’t sure I would be happy with the quality or functionality of this one. I have had mine now for almost TWO YEARS. It has performed perfectly! The quality is excellent and I am someone who is exceedingly discerning when it comes to this. Recently, my teenage son, who tends to be a bull in an antique shop, somehow managed to dislodge the piece that holds the sprayer portion down when needed. I wasn’t sure what to do to fix this, so I contacted the company to see what I could do to fix it. I cannot say enough good about how they handled this. It is SO rare to have customer service this excellent. They were extremely prompt in responding to my issue and they kept it so simple! No hassle whatsoever! They asked for my address and replaced the part lightening fast! They were utterly courteous, respectful, communicative and are representative of the quality of the product itself. 10/10 recommend this brand and this faucet. The replacement part came very quickly and was a 10 second installation for me (They sent a brand new sprayer! So it was just unscrewing one and putting in the new one!) It is up and running perfectly again! Great value, great quality, long lasting, and also aesthetically, very striking. Friends and family have complimented it over the past couple of years. I love the look of it as well! The temperature indicator light is not only cool looking, it helps my kids and I stay safe from touching water that is too hot. If you are questioning whether or not to buy one, stop questioning and get it, you will be so glad you did!

This is a great faucet. It is lovely and adds a level of class and elegance to my kitchen. I have gotten many compliments on it since we installed it. The copper accents really make the design features stand out. The installation was really easy but be sure you get the gasket right-side up. If you have it upside down it will not seat properly to the sink. It has really good pressure. I noticed that the sprayer will drip when turned off if we leave the spigot know side open so i always make sure to have that knob turned off. I like the dual function of the two-sided faucet/sprayer design. The sprayer holder does make the sprayer head hang a bit low so I always take it out and move the handle out of the way to bring that height up when using it for dishes, etc. The LET light feature works great and is "fun." Overall, we love this faucet from the sturdy, German design to its function and aesthetics. I have and do recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. GORGEOUS FAUCET! This is a quality faucet for under $100 - try getting that in one of those big box stores! I got it in brushed nickel.It has a lot of weight to it and is a quality piece. My husband installed it in minutes! The instructions were simple and easy to follow. It was a very basic install. The water flow and spray quality is excellent. It’s a great value for your money! I couldn’t be happier!

Likes: love the dual use function in theory, love the temperature light, love the pressure of the water from the faucet and that it doesn't lessen when both units are in use. Dislikes: the length from the base of the faucet to the "center" of the sink is very short for the main faucet head, so it's hard to turn and rinse pots under the free running sink, the hose portion does extend out further but it does not have a way to lock it into running water so you constantly have to hold down the lever to engage the water and the pressure is high so it splashes everywhere when trying to be used as a rinse alternative on large pots. Connections were female 3/8", my existing hose valves were 5/8 females as well. A real pain trying to find a male to male adapter and when we did, one worked but the other continously leaks. Still trying to trouble shoot this issue.

Installed in March 2025. Installation was somewhat easy, most difficult was getting the old faucet out! Did it myself. No issues with the faucet leaking and it is stunning ( got the black and copper model). Only issue - the lights don’t work. They worked for maybe 2 months then started to slowly stop working, now in May we have no light. I would have given it 5 stars if the lights worked!
