Although I purchased it a year ago, it wasn't installed until about 3 months ago due to permit n contract issues. The spout was defected and I looked all over for replacement to no avail. Initially I liked the look of the faucet, and while it took some getting used to, I liked the option to have the sprayer or regular flow. However, every time we have people over, they get all confused and can't figure out how to work it. It definitely takes some getting used to. Then, the first thing went wrong. Within one month of buying, the lever on the sprayer fell off. I glued it back on multiple times but it wouldn't stay. Ultimately we had a rubber band around it holding it on, which was ugly and annoying, but we were willing to deal with it for the time being. Then about 8 months after purchase, water started leaking and spraying all over the place out of the bottom of the faucet, just above the lever. It appears to be a problem with the internal gasket, which I can't get to, so I tried putting silicone around it as a "bandaid" but the water pressure is so high that that wasn't enough to do anything. Very annoyed for this to happen at this price point. Either I got really unlucky or this is a poor quality product. ... show more

9/13: The seller reached out to me immediately after my initial review and sent me a replacement piece. So far so good. The product worked fine and then water began pouring out of the black plastic piece near the sprayer due to hairline cracks. This is for aesthetics only!

This has been a really great faucet. I’ve had it for probably 4-5 months now, I just keep forgetting to write my review. In that time frame, I have had zero problems with it. It doesn’t leak…. There has been no tarnishing of the gold….it’s easy to wipe down and clean…. And it was also nice too because once we took the old on out and installed this one, I got more water pressure. My ONLY complaint is that I have to use the small pot filler for every day use because the pull sprayer only sprays. It does not have an option for a single stream. I wish it was able to do both so that I could move the pot filler over to the other side and only have to use it for what it was intended for. Since I can’t, I have to have both in the same spot and they get in the way of each other (see pics of how it’s supposed to be vs. how I have to have it). But other than that, it’s been great. Oh and someone on here mentioned always having to hold down the lever on the sprayer to use it- no you don’t. The little clasp thing you see is what holds it down for you so you don’t have to. ... show more

It worked fine at first, but it’s not built to last. The sprayer handle broke after only 6 months of use. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for something durable
