D3 is important for good health. I live in Florida year round and yet I was still deficient. I started taking these and brought my score up substantially. I like it that the D3 has 5000 IUs and also contains K2 which helps to transport the D to teeth and bones rather than stay in arteries and soft tissue. I prefer the 5000 IUs to 10,000 as Vit D is not water soluable and can build up in your system and can transfer into your blood. I’ve always struggled with low vitamin D levels but almost a year ago my levels dropped below 10 ng/ml and I really needed to find a supplement that would actually work because I had tried others in the past without much improvement.
