D3 is important for good health. I live in Florida year round and yet I was still deficient. I started taking these and brought my score up substantially. I like it that the D3 has 5000 IUs and also contains K2 which helps to transport the D to teeth and bones rather than stay in arteries and soft tissue. I prefer the 5000 IUs to 10,000 as Vit D is not water soluable and can build up in your system and can transfer into your blood. The vitamins are just fine. I take them daily and have noticed I feel much better with taking them. The only reason I have canceled my next shipment is because the shipments have been coming too frequently and I have a cupboard full of unopened bottles of them. I will start reordering when once I have reduced my current stock. I do recommend them to boost their D2 and or K3.

I’ve always struggled with low vitamin D levels but almost a year ago my levels dropped below 10 ng/ml and I really needed to find a supplement that would actually work because I had tried others in the past without much improvement. After a little bit of research I found out K2 helps vitamin D absorption so I gave these a try since it’s an all in one supplement. After a few weeks of taking these I started noticing a significant difference in my energy levels and overall just started feeling better mentally. Was skeptical it was just a placebo but my bloodwork started showing my levels finally rising.
