I have been looking for a good multivitamin for 50+ that doesn’t break the bank. I almost didn’t purchase these because so many reviews mentioned how big they were and they couldn’t swallow them. I can swallow most pills just fine but definitely can struggle on really big ones so I was fearful. I tried anyway & so glad I did. Yes it’s a larger pill but not the largest I’ve seen. I’ve been taking them 3 weeks now & have never struggled to swallow a single one. There’s no taste going down nor any aftertaste so that’s a big plus for me. I wasn’t expecting to notice any change in my day to day from taking these. I’m healthy, eat mostly well and exercise daily. However, while I didn’t notice a jolt of energy or anything dramatic like that, I realized I have been less tired throughout the day. I work a super early am shift twice a week, 2 days in a row. If I don’t nap day 1 then I definitely need one day 2. I realized this week I had taken a single nap since I’ve been on these vitamins. Unless it is a strange coincidence, I have to say my energy level is better. It was an inexpensive chance to take & I’m glad I did. ... show more
