Description

CLA is produced from Linoleic Acid (LA), which is part of a family of isomers found in CLA. CLA fatty acids are also known as CLA isomers. CLA is primarily found in select meats, dairy products, and other food items. And, since the body does not produce this fatty acid, it must be obtained through the diet or supplementation. Studies have shown that when dietary amounts of CLA are increased, CLA levels in body tissues increase, which can help maintain lean body mass. Bronson’s CLA 3000 provides active CLA from safflower seed oil. In addition to being effective, research has also shown CLA to be safe when used as directed. Bronson’s CLA delivers 3000 mg. of pure safflower seed oil, providing 75-85% active CLA per serving. That’s a minimum of 4500 mg. of CLA from a four-capsule daily serving. For best results, take two softgels two times daily with meals as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle. CLA 3000 does not contain any central nervous system stimulants. Non-GMO. I took these as detailed and worked out daily but I didn’t notice these pills doing much. They also would had a lasting taste that I could taste even later throughout the day as I burped (which is weird but just letting people know). Short, stocky guy in his mid-70s. I started taking this CLA 7 weeks ago. There was three issues I've always had: One is belly bloat - with 'some' distention (there's a difference, look it up); always craving snacks; and having a yearning for food - right after finishing off a big meal. (These last two are related). Within 3 days of taking this CLA I noticed my belly was no longer bloated. I never really knew I had belly bloat until I took this CLA. That alone is a big morale booster. Next, I noted that I didn't need to resupply my 'healthy' snacks as often...because I wasn't eating them as often! I had cut them out about 80%. Finally, I found after having a meal - I no longer have a yearning 'to eat something'. And I've noted I now have smaller meals and don't need as much to satisfy me. And I don't walk around all day thinking I 'need to eat something'. When I'm done, I'm done. I believe with the smaller meals and the reduction of snack cravings I have reduced my daily calorie intake by at least 500 calories conservatively. (Though it's probably closer to 700 calories) Though that doesn't seem like much, but times x7 days....that's about a pound per week. I do some light to medium bicycling regularly, and workout lightly with TRX-type suspension straps at home. Nothing intense. I have not been weighing myself (so I don't play that mind game with myself), but I do notice I've been shedding fat across my whole body; and my clothes fit a lot more comfortably. This stuff doesn't do miracles, but it's like having a slight tailwind when bicycling...it just gives you the gentle help in controlling your cravings. There's no gimmee. But Somehow, Someway, Something is happening here. Maybe this is what my body needed all along. It may work for you, it may not. It's not very expensive - give it a try. Just be very skeptical and keep your expectations low and see what happens. I will try to post an update one or two months from now as I know this is a slow deliberate process and takes months for some real change. But so far - so good. ... show more

Consistency is key here but I do believe these make a difference. I’ve been taking them for 6months now and I’m on the Amazon subscription refill. I do work out 6-7 days a week and eat relatively healthy. Even on my cheats days I feel like these really help to keep it all together. I don't write many Amazon reviews. I'm writing this so prospective purchasers can get an idea of my experience. A bit about me... I'm a 225lb, 6'0" black ex-Marine that used to weight train for the better part of the last 10 years. And as a single dad pushing 40 yrs old, only works out here and there nowadays. I also do my best to eat well and succeed 60-75% of the time so as not to have to workout as much. I've been taking CLA for years on and off. Every dosage of CLA (until this one) was approximately half of the recommended dosage; around 1000mg. This brand, however, has DRAMATIC effects over a small period of time...and I assume it would continue if I kept taking them. First things first...when you begin taking this stuff, WEIGH YOURSELF and MEASURE YOURSELF. CLA takes fat from ALL OVER your body. So if you're interested in where your fat is going, you'll need that info. Secondly: When you start taking it, you will taste it for about the first week as it dissolves in your tummy. This doesn't bother me, but it may for some people. Also, the pills shown aren't the ones I got. The ones I have are clear brown. Lastly...the results: I took this for 2 months starting in mid-November 2017, only did approx. 50-100 pushups each morning, went to work at a sedentary desk job and lost 20 lbs. By mid-January, I was 201 lbs and stopped. Every area on my body from my face down to my ankles lost fat, so the pills did their job. Conclusion: There isn't anything special about these pills other than their dosage. I'm not sure if the oil itself is made differently than any of the other ones I've taken through the years. If not, ANY of the other CLA pills will work in higher dosages. That being said, I don't care for taking pills so these horse-pills will work for me. Seriously gave this product a lot of chances but never helped me with my weight loss/ lean muscle. Understand there is not a magic pill, but was looking to break my plateau with my weight loss. Tried this product a few times and never got good results.
