From a past positive experience by Brondell bidet, I bought this one thinking it's going to be the same quality. A big no. This bidet has a thin piercing stream which is PTA, literally. It ought to be a splash with good enough comfortable pressure that can be changed with knob; not a needle piercing stream. And low setting needle doesn't do much good either. The problem is - you won't know unless you've installed and used it. After disappointment, there's also a trouble of uninstalling. Being lazy, I installed it a month late and now I missed the deadline to return. But the trouble of uninstalling is bigger. ... show more

This is our second bidet. The nozzle on our first one would no longer retract and the pressure had dropped significantly. I just installed this one and used it once. I chose it for the adjustable nozzle, which seems to work as advertised, though it would be nice if it moved side to side too. It did take quite a few attempts (and some cursing) to stop it from leaking. I eventually had to use some plumbers putty, in addition to the included o-ring and Teflon tape, as they were not enough. ... show more
