Not sure why this is labeled a frequently returned item because it is so good, I use it for PMU and I bought it being a bit hesitant since it said frequently returned but I haven’t had issues yet. My friend also has one and she has had it for 2 years and it works great which is why I bought it.

Had this for several months now, works well and has a toggle feature built in which is nice. Just fried the cable moving plugs around and thought I killed it. Had another ac plug lying around and it works fine. Would highly recommend this one.

Not only is the machine awesome, the customer service is amazing! I bought this machine and the delivery driver had been delivering my packages to a neighbor so I didn’t receive this for a couple weeks after my neighbor noticed and gave me my items.. well I had to move and had lost the power cord in the process so I ask the seller for a new cord and they end up sending me a whole new machine no problem. This machine is wonderful, being touch screen is great and being able to suction or magnetically station it to a surface is super convenient. So easy to use. Can use with or without a pedal, either way works wonderfully. I absolutely recommend and will buy from them again in the future. Totally worth the money. ... show more

The Bronc arrived on time and packaged very well. It is a simple set up and easy to use. It has cool features that have really made my tattooing life more streamlined. I would absolutely purchase again. It’s all we use in our shop.

I am an artist of over 12 years. I usually use a hurricane style power supply and decided to see what other ones are out on the market. I came across this powersuppl;y it is reasonably priced for sure so i purchased.Since the purchase i have been puttingout great work! Not that I wasn't prior to using it, butIi haven't had any issues with any of the input holes where my chords go in, messing up, or loose connections inside. The Bronc can be used with a standard clip chord, rca input, and also the smaller headphone jack style input aswell. I love the digital read out and you also have the ability to set multiple machines for shading and or lining, aswell as keeping track of the time it takes to do the tattoo because of the built in timer button. It is easy to use , instructions are very legible, and if by some chance I have to get another power supply, i will probably just purchase another one. I really am happy w my purchase and glad i chose to try something new. i hope this helps you with your purchase. Thanks again! ... show more

    • Good.. not great.. maybe not even good.
I’ve been using this for a few days now. Several hours a day. Several tattoos from 1-3 hours long. Had no problem until a day ago. In the middle of tattooing, the power cuts out. I turn it back on and all settings have been reset to default. I bring the voltage back up to keep doing the tattoo but after a few passes, it powers off again. All settings again reset to default. I thought it may be my pedal because it seems to happen when I press down on the pedal randomly , or maybe my machines shorting out but I switched to my old school power supplies and had zero issues. So whatever is going on with this power supply, it isn’t reliable. For something cheap and used for maybe practice, I guess it’s fine but don’t expect this to last you in a professional setting.
