Great for smash burgers
I put it on top of the cooking grates on my old weber genesis and it worked great. I am pleased that I didn't have to purchase any special fit flat top.

Great!! Better than expected
It's a cast iron, works great and super heavy. It's the real deal! Will say I expected it to be bigger. Other than that I loved mine!

Good griddle for the price
I'm using this on a gas stove on top of the standard cooking grates. It heats up quickly, and retains heat well. It's not as capacitant as a cast iron pan because it isn't as thick. For that reason it also has amore localized hot spots. Good cooking surface and easy to clean. Probably excellent on the gas grill with a less localized heat source.

Very good product.
I have a large commercial gas grill, that can produce temperatures easily above 700 degrees F. I wanted a cast iron element for certain cooking techniques, i.e., burgers, blackened chicken, grilled veggies, etc.. I was drawn to the size and weight of this product and so I purchased. I seasoned the Griddle and brought it up to an extremely high temperature. It did not crack or split and has worked wonderfully for over a year. I can highly recommend this griddle to anyone looking for a cast iron alternative to grilling.

Good quality
This griddle sits nicely on top of my grills when I want to center it and easily replaces a grill when I want it on one side. Great for making smash burgers and veggies.
