It brings me no joy to have to report this, but this product is a complete waste of your $799.99! In less than sixty days, the cheap "plastic" undercarriage completely broke down. Furthermore, for a high-dollar business chair, the thing isn't even that comfortable. The seat bites into your legs, making a normal day at the office substantially painful. I called the support number Amazon gave me numerous times ...no one answered. I sent a very warm email with complete documentation of the purchase and the issue ...they have yet to get back to me with a solution. I will never purchase anything from these people again! Their deceptive marketing, shoddy business practices, and their abysmal quality control make doing business with them a total waste. 8/13/2023: After this review came out, the company finally sent me a replacement base. It was made of the same cheap plastic. I installed it on the chair, but this time, I reinforced it with tie wraps around the stress points where the original one had previously broke. Consequently, and per my numerous conversations with the company representative, I resend my previous statement about their shoddy business practices. This chair was shipped to me in April, and during the third week of June of the same year, it is broken. The claim is that it is rated for 380lbs. I weigh 265lbs, and though I did use the chair several hours every day (regular office chair use), I did not abuse it in any way. I sat down in it one day, heard a loud pop, and now the front of the chair sags down. Comfortable chair with cool features, but trash at the end of the day. This chair is so relaxing. When assembling this chair, it was super easy and the instructions were clear as well. The appropriate screws were provided as well. This chair assembly is beginner friendly. I use this chair everday while I work and I love all the features this chair has. I feel very relaxed and comfortable while using this chair. The chair fits to your preference, it has a adjustable head, arm rest, and even has a foot rest. Depending on your height, you can lower or raise the height of the chair. There are so many adjustments you can make on this chair. Even the foot rest was adjustable, you can pull the foot rest out and adjust to any length. The media could not be loaded. I've been waiting 6 months for this chair to release and I finally got it last Thursday. I liked how quickly Amazon Prime got it to me. Since brobriyo's first post about this chair, I've been following its progress on social media. It has all the features I wanted to have on my geeky work setup. Just look at the creative way this chair is made and how well it fits the body. The most important thing about the chair is that the back can be raised to fit your body. I've put the video here so you can watch it. It has a very useful feature that I've never seen on any other chair, and the aluminum chases on the back give it a very great look. The way this chair is set up at my desk is liked by most of my friends and people who follow me on social media. Based on how I've used this chair so far, this is my first impression of it. Pros: It's comfortable, the ergonomic support is great, it has a stylish design, the back can be adjusted, and you can change the arm support and neck support in four directions and the chair depth. The comfort adjustment is a very good feature that makes the whole experience nice.
