There is no contact for Brim. The number on their website goes a a warranty sort of “clearing house” but there is no Brim Customer Service. I accidentally threw away the milk frother tip when I was soaking it and called Brim to order a replacement. They told me it was out of the 90-day warranty period. I said that’s fine, I wasn’t looking for a feee one. They said this umber is only for warranty repairs up to 90 days from purchase and there is no other way to contact Brim. The lady said I could go on eBay to try and find one. No luck. She said I could ask take it to a repair shop. It’s not broken. I just need a part. I’ve looked everywhere and have just had to order a separate frothing machine. Infuriating that I am not able to contact the actual company and cannot get a replacement part. Go with a better brand that has an actual contact number for the company and provides better service. No more Brim. ... show more

1. You never get this quality machine on this price. 2. I've tried two espresso machines one is Breville BES840XLand the other one is Lelit PL41TEM. On breville, fine grinds not works very vell it bares drops espresso then it stops work after 2 weeks. On Lelit, steamer is lemon. It keeps throwing the water so you prertty much end up with mix of hot water and hot milk. (Seller gives a advice how I shall operate, but it didn't work) 3. The beauties of the Brim machine - Compare to other machines, as the other reviewer pointed, machine handle is slided into receicer very smoothly - Even though I use fine grind as 5, it drops so high quality espresso. (excellent espresso taste, crema looks really nice) - Very easy to operate compare to Italian machines. Espresso shot button is automatic. - Steamer is ideal. Water is barely leaking so I can drink just hot milk. - As shown on the picture, I love all the components with excellent quality. The heavy temper is pretty which I guess around 25 dollar quality. 4. As shown on the picture, I see a small scratches on the edge. But it never affects to my point. I'm leaving this review because even though I bought this machine just over a year ago, The machine started to leak water Where the portafilter connects to the head gasket on the machine. As you can see by the picture it's a very unique design gasket. I diligently search through amazon as well as google and other places, including six different espresso repair shops/sellers in hopes of finding this simple common part but it is not available anywhere, so I reached out to Brim and after back and forth emails sending pictures and explaining that this part is normally provided by other manufacturers for their machines, Brim responded that the part is not covered in their warranty and they don't sell the part. Here's the problem with that. If you buy this machine, understand that the head gasket has to be replaced EVERY six months to 2 years (depends how much you use the machine of course) that means that Brim is selling us a machine that they know will not be able to be properly maintained/fix when it comes time to replace the gasket. The example I gave them is like me buying a car that I can't replace the tires because they are a special design/size so the car is only good till the tires wear out in a year or 2. See what I'm saying? Every espresso service company I spoke with told me that the head gasket is a common wearable part that has to be replaced regularly And close to all manufacturers sell that part. If the machine broke down, because the pump went bad or something electrical, that's one thing, But to have a machine that you can't use because a common maintenance part like the gasket can't be replaced because the part is only made for that machine and the manufacturer doesn't want to sell it or at least warranty the machine is downright wrong. Just know that this machine WILL Become an expensive paperweight item once that gasket goes bad in a year or so. You been warned! ... show more
