This was one of the worst products I’ve ever used. After only using it twice I noticed that the lock button broke. As soon as I opened the box and used reviewed the item I could tell it felt extremely cheap. I wanted to give it a try and it would okay. The hair dryer part is very bad it doesn’t work very well. Also it’s does not have a high setting, literally high and low work exactly the same and medium is low hahaha. I honestly tried to keep it but after the second time the brush fell off while using and saw it was broken. I always take good care of my things so I have no idea how it worked besides the fact that it’s just a very cheap item. ... show more

But one of the attachments keeps falling off It's like the thing that makes it connect it's just slacking just a little bit so on the attachment that I want to use the most is the one that falls off as I'm using the blow dryer brush which is super annoying but I think I'm going to do my best to try to fix that myself by putting something to help it connect and stay attached as I'm using it. ... show more
