I love my hair trimmer! I use it on my beard and to trim my head hair. It works great on my mustache and beard, but it also works great on sideburns and the back of my neck. It's waterproof and I use it in the shower. Charges fast! The attachments are super handy also, The nose hair trimmer, the different attachments are are super easy to switch out and very handy! I have never been nicked by this trimmer which is nice as I use it on my face and neck. I highly recommend this unit. I have had mine for 2 years now and it's still going strong!!

I purchased this set, over six months ago, and I like everything about it. I especially love the battery usage/percentage on it. I don’t like that the power button is so big, as any slight jab will turn it on, which makes traveling with it sorta tricky. I wish it came with a kit, or a case of some kind rather than that cheap, thin plastic setup that comes with it. It cuts hair evenly, has multiple functions, which all work fantastically, and it is SUPER EASY TO CLEAN. I thoroughly recommend this. It makes a perfect gift for any guy. This would be a 5/5 star rating if it came with a case, or had a sturdier perch.

First of all, I have never written a review before. I had to make an exception in this case. I bought the trimmer 7 months ago. I was happy with it, although changing the attachments is a little weird and you have to be careful not to break anything. Once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. I don't use the trimmer all that much, but the charge on the battery lasted 6 months. When I went to charge it, the non standard USB cord was very hard to plug in to the trimmer and nothing happened after I pushed it in as hard as I could. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had a 12 month warranty. I called the provided number and it went to voicemail. Since I also had an email address, I decided to email them rather than leave a message. Before I was even able to start writing I received a call from Support. I was told they would send a replacement out after I provided the necessary information. Within a couple days, I get a package from Amazon. It was just the trimmer itself, no attachments, but that was fine. I plugged it in and the same result - bad fit and no charge. About a week later I received a follow-up email from Support and I informed them the situation, but I told them I wasn't going to worry about it anymore. I few days later, I received a complete trimmer package in the sealed box. This time the plug was a much better fit and it charged as expected. It's extremely rare to experience good, let alone outstanding customer service these days. I could not have had a better experience in this case. I recommend this trimmer for this reason alone. Of course, you can't trim a beard with good customer service, but I found the trimmer itself to be well made out of solid materials. Yes, the attachments are a little wonky, but workable, and hopefully the original unit I got was old stock with the poor fitting USB cable. I like the sold feel of the unit and the many attachment options, all at a resonable price.

Bought this for my husband and he loves it. It works better than the more expensive brands that I bought him in the past. It had a long battery life, many useful attachments, and it is a great size for traveling. Initially used it to shave head, but it is also great to trim beard too.

It came in a REALLY nice box. I wish the box money had been spent on better design. First - the razor itself is not very capable. It seems well made, but just doesn't work very well as a trimmer. It has two speeds and the low speed does nothing, while the high speed does a little. I had to repeatedly go over my moustache to get it trimmed. The ear/nose trimmer doesn't do much at either speed. Second is the storage stand. Here are my complaints about it: 1. It came with four self-adhesive anti-skid rubber pads. A good idea, but there is no corresponding locations on the stand to stick them. 2. It came with six guards, but places to store only four of them. Only two of the guards actually fit properly in the slots. The other two guards have to be stored on the extra heads. 3. It came with a cleaning brush and a hair comb, but there are no places in the storage stand to store them. 4. When the trimmer is in the storage stand, you have to keep it partially raised out of it to plug in the charging cord. A small change; adding a small groove to the storage stand and the trimmer would have lain in it's normal postion while charging. 5. The storage stand is designed to use the maximum foot print - taking up more space than it needs to on your bathroom counter. This trimmer was a replacement for an old Norelco G290. It is not a good replacement. It doesn't trim as well and takes up more space.
