Kit comes in a nice box with magnetic lid, shaver was already charged and ready to use, lots of different heads for various uses. Looks expensive, easy to use, I have used it 4 times now and still haven’t charged it yet. Has 2 speeds which is nice. This one might just outlast me for a change. This trimmer is the ultimate. I’m 75 years young and I’ve had many trimmers in my life. I like to be well groomed. And I found this trimmer to be the best trimmer I’ve ever had it does everything. It even trims my hair when I need it. But other than that, the seller is fantastic I had problem with my trimmer, and all I did was call up, and two weeks later I had a brand new trimmer at my door ready to use.     • Absolutely fantastic customer service!
I bought this product and had it for a few months before it stopped working. When I would try to charge it the led flickered randomly and the device would not turn on. I saw someone had mentioned their customer service helps to replace it if there’s something wrong. I emailed them and they were quick to send a replacement after I sent a video of the defective product. The replacement was just the trimmer and none of the cords or extras. I tried charging the replacement, but this one’s LEDs wouldn’t even turn on. I gave up. Around 2 months later I received an email checking in with me to see if it was working. I noticed they had sent an email soon after the delivery of the replacement, but that email went to my son folder instead of my inbox so I never got a chance to reply to it. I responded back telling them the trimmer didn’t work again. That’s when the rep Hazel told me the problem was probably the power cord and that she would be sending a whole new kit again if it was ok. I told her it was and she sent the kit. It is now working great! I should note that the replacements were sent free of charge. They are dedicated to ensuring a good customer experience and are diligent in their communication. Absolutely love my trimmer and the customer service. I’ll definitely be buying from this company again and I recommend it to anyone who is still thinking about whether or not to get this trimmer. ... show more

    • Nice , BUT....
The quality of the trimmer itself is very nice, but the attachments may be difficult for some to remove and install. You rally have to pull hard to get the attachments, I am always thinking I am going to break them. So far I have removed and in snstalles three of the attachments without breaking anything. The beard shaver doesn't work very well if you don't shave every day. I keep my face clean shaved. I let my facial hair grow for three days from being clean shaved with a triple blade razor and gel shave cream. When I sent to shave with the shave attachment it didn't work well, I could here what sounded like hairs being cut, but after messing around for several minutes I gave up and use my traditional triple blade razor. I bought this specifically because I wanted the beard and nose hair trimmer, so I can't recomend this groomer/trimmer for the reasons. ... show more

I really like this trimmer, lots of useful attachments. I was super bummed out when one day it just stopped working, but I sent an email to the company who responded very quickly and a few days later I had a brand new trimmer!
