I really like the design of this tripod lamp compared to others I had been look at. When it arrived (2 days late), I was really shocked at how light (not heavy) this was when all put together. It's almost like it is made of balsa wood, but more likely a light pine. It looks good no matter and is super easy to move around! Setup was super easy as even the 3 pieces for each leg were a packed together as a set with each part labeled in order of screwing them into each other. Anyone complaining that the legs don't match up, simply screwed them together out of order. Once each leg is assembled, no seams are visible unless you are looking closely. The shade snapped onto the rings easily and fit really well. Since the clips that hold the shade to the mounting rings are plastic, you definitely want to use an LED bulb (comes included) or those clips will become brittle over time with an incandescent bulb. Wiring - the clear/silver wire hangs freely from the base of the bulb holder. To make the lamp look better, I used adhesive wire guides/clips and ran the wire down the back of one leg (see picture). This worked out really well and you can find these clips anywhere. The light is a bit pricey, but I got it on sale which made it a lot easier to pull the trigger on the order - which overall I'm glad I did. Enjoy!

Awesome. Only complaint wold be the shade. The way it's made, the way they folded and glued and cut where it wraps around the metal tubing looks kinda sloppy. You can see sloppy workmanship in the shade. The lamp itself is very nice. The wood on the legs are like pool cues. Nice wood that attach together like a cue does. I may replace the shade. A little pricey since the shade is cheap looking. Overall I love the lamp just not the shade.

I got this lamp to use with a google home lamp, and I can say it looks amazing with most shades of colors. The only part that I don't like is that its legs are made of three parts that should be assembled, and the color and design of the wood is a bit different in each part so you can see on a leg where the new parts are attached.

A very nice lamp for the price. I was surprised when it arrived in a very small box considering the size of the lamp. Turns out that each leg is actually comprised of 3 separate pieces that screw together. The joints form a very tight seam so that they are hardly noticeable, but if you looked very closely, you will notice where the wood grain changes, indicating a seam. But from several feet away, they look like single pieces of wood. Also, the shade is a single piece of reinforced fabric (hard plastic on one side, canvas on the other) that is rolled up in a spool inside the box. You simply unroll it and snap/velcro it onto the metal frame rings it comes with. Assembly was done by hand (no tools required) and took me 5 minutes, no instructions needed. Once assembled, the quality is great. The only drawback is how the cord hangs freely from the light bulb, down between the legs. The sellers have creatively cropped that out of the photo on the product profile. But it's a translucent grey cord that is not too noticeable. The bulb is a warm white. I am 6 feet tall and the bulb is hidden by the shade as long as I am more than 3 feet away from the lamp. If I stand right next to it, I can look down into the shade and see the exposed bulb. Because I have it in a corner of the room, the bulb is effectively concealed by the shade from all angles in the room (except when standing right next to it, if you're tall). I would definitely buy again and highly recommend.

Love: The setup time for this item was fast and easy. Probably less than 15 minutes and it was fun to snap the pieces onto the lamp shade and see the shade come to life. This lamp shade gives off pure white light which is hard to find especially when most shades are made of linen giving off a yellowish color. This item is sturdy and instantly transformed my living room! Disliked: like many people have complained about... the wood on the legs of my lamp weren’t flush to each other. What I mean is that the grain didn’t match. There are some reviews here who falsely led me to believe that if I just rearranged the legs I would see that the legs do match grain and may just take some matching. This may have been true for their lamp, but for mine this was not the case. I ultimately decided to keep my lamp because the value you get for this lamp is unbeatable. I did want to clarify this issue for some OCD people such as myself so they know ahead of time! The 3 wooden pieces that make up one leg do not match.

This lamp is absolutely beautiful and very well-made. Sturdy and yet light and easy to move. The lampshade has a magnet that holds it together. Which shows like a dark bar when the light is turned on. That is my only negative comment about this lamp. If you have an area that you can turn that part towards a wall then I would not have any reservations to buy it again. Unfortunately my space is viewable from all sides so the magnet didn’t work.
