I chose this over a regular size blender because at the time I had no where to store a large blender. After blending for 15 seconds it smells like it's going to start a fire. I wish I didn't even waste my money. It won't even blend frozen fruits.

I bought the items specifically to chop up jalapenos for a recipe. I put the semi-chopped jalapenos in and nothing. I thought the blender wasn't put together correctly so I dumped the jalapenos out and yes the blades were spinning. I tried again, a little longer (not much 35 seconds) and could smell warmth. Well... Its really cheap compare to other blender, however you might need to buy fire extinguisher too if you don't have in in your home. Maybe I put little too much of things in the blender? but caught on fire shouldn't happen tho.. So for price and weight of product are pros! but because I have to buy fire extinguisher extra, I will give you 1 star! ... show more

It works just fine for me. I have made smoothies, and baby food with this. It works great. I dont put a lot in it at a time, and shake it to make sure it blend everything. It is loud especially with ice. It is worth it to me!

It's a small blender but good for milkshakes and smoothies and frozen Roma drinks. It's a fake coffee that's tasty without the effects of coffee. But good for 2 small drinks at a time. Not a family item, a larger blender would be needed. Great for college students and a Nana for 2 grandchildren!

It does puree like other blenders. I have to keep moving the food items around in the blender in order for this to work. I don't apply a lot of items I need blended, and I still have to move the items around in the blender. I shouldn't have to do that. I only used it once, I was blending papayas (very soft fruit) and this blender had difficult blending without my assistance. ... show more

Small, easy to clean, cheap. Gets a little funky if you use it for a while, seems like the motor might be getting hot after about 3 minutes of blending things. Otherwise no complaints, blends well with it's one speed.
