The media could not be loaded. All you have to do is line up the fireplace to where you want to put it and screw in the bracket itโ€™s very heavy. We have the 50 inch it came in a huge box be very careful handling the front glass cover of the fireplace is extremely heavy you have to remove the front glass before you install it on the wall. Once the fireplace is installed where you want to put it then you can replace the glass. Itโ€™s amazing we love it and itโ€™s worth the money!!!! If youโ€™re using the heating source and not just the light, you cannot have anything touching the top of the fireplace. You cannot have anything touching the sides as it poses a fire hazard.
