  • A great book if you have trouble picking up the phone
Every large producer I know (above 60 mil a year closed), and I know a surprising number of them, does the same things and one of those is making calls and meeting with referral partners. This particular book works for me, read it. If it doesn’t work for you keep looking for a book and a coach that does. There are many different styles of coaching, find one that works for you. This book and Carl’s coaching platform helped me grow my business. I have tried others that didn’t work for me, but some of those work for my colleagues. One thing is for sure, if you want to grow your business quickly, you better be willing to make calls in addition to your other marketing efforts. ... show more

  • Best mortgage book out there!
Carl does a great job of keeping it simple, this is not a sales book on how to buy leads or landing pages. It's about taking action which creates success. I would highly recommend this book to any loan originators out there regardless of their experience. Unless your in my neck of the woods in which please do not read I don't need the competition!   • Amazing! Game changer!
It's no surprise all the value that Carl and Kevin provide in this book. I met them in a MMA event that was great and from then I follow the podcast or anything that they offer. Crushing call reluctance is a game changer and this book has motivated me and have taught me how to block any thought of rejection that is holding me from succeed. As anticipated, Carl and Kevin delivered a five star book to take any loan officer's business regardless of experience to an elite level. There is no disguising that call reluctance will limit your success in any field, and it will undoubtedly prevent you from breaking through in the mortgage field if you want to supersede being an "average" producer.
