Tangent: they have a rating for scent. It’s gun oil. It smells like gun oil. If your gun oil smells Like something other than gun oil, throw it away and get something that smells like gun oil. Your gun should smell like a gun which is oil and gunpowder. Only thing that “scent” will do it add another ingredient to your oil that will help gum up your gun. This is best stuff I've found for protecting against rust. I work in the forest and use this on padlocks and sidearms that are regularly out in the elements.
