Works great for all my resin work. So easy to mix with a one-to-one ratio. Virtually no bubbles and pretty good at self leveling. The ones that don’t pop are easy to pop with a flame or just swirling it with a toothpick. Gives a nice clear finish and one of the better resins I have worked with.

I never really write reviews but thought this would be a good one to provide for beginners. I used this resin for my 2nd resin project and it came out beautiful. Granted I’m no expert at this resin hobby, and it was barely my second project, but using this product was fairly easy. Takes patience and time but overall I didn’t find the product to be difficult to work with and not as many bubbles as the first resin I used. Also dries way faster than 24 hours. I did a thick rectangle tray and it dried overnight about 10 hours, however I did it in sections by only pouring a quarter inch of resin on each time and allowing it to cure then adding another layer. Took a couple of days but I think for second time using resin it came out really good.

Directions were easy to follow and the product did not have a strong odor/smell. Very easy to work with. The only thing that I would suggest is more than one pair of gloves to come in the kit. So, be aware that you will need to have extra gloves on standby. There really weren’t many bubbles and it is crystal clear as advertised. It did a hard cure in less than 24hrs (I checked it around the 16 hour mark and it was hard) but I am waiting the full 72hr for full cure as suggested before putting items back on the counter.

Excellent Product. This is the first time that I have used this resin product. I used the resin for a 2.5" deep mold, 5" height, 4" Wide. I followed the directions exactly; voila, perfect results! My project required me to layer the resin within the proper time frame. Mixing the resin exactly as directed in the instructions is crucial, warm bath for the resin, and 3 minutes gently siring properly. You can't be in a hurry. I monitored the resin for bubbles to possibly develop on each layer for about the first 15 minutes for each. There were very few bubbles which were popped accordingly. I walked away too soon in monitoring the last layer and there were a few bubbles when I returned. Bad thing to do. The resin already started to cure. I waited a little longer, drilled into the resin to reach the bubbles to pop and cleaned drill dust thoroughly from the mold. I poured another thin layer of resin to fill bubble holes and coat the face side completely. There are a few tiny bubbles, but they are not any big deal and not that noticeable. I believe the bookends turned out beautiful. The Craft Resin Store has great customer service! They promptly sent me replies to my questions that I needed answered quickly to save me from my bubble problem (my fault). This project turned out beautiful. It's crystal clear. This resin is so easy to work with even if you are a beginner. I'll be ordering again. Thank you Craft Resin Store!

I wrote a negative review about this resinand took it down. first of all because I realized it was my fault that the product was not working like I wanted it to. despite all my problem-solving, it was the exact resin. I ordered the first time. The reason I ordered first time was for molds, which it worked great the second order I used on tumblers and canvas, and it did not work on them. I thought it was something wrong with the resin I worked with resin many year. After I wrote the review, I contacted the company directly. They have outstanding customer service. They are prompt definitely positive customer service experience. Theyvnot only provided me with alternative resin that they have, for the purpose i would need it for and sent me 2 gallons. They really wanted to make it right with me. I purchased the resin a previous time and I really enjoyed the product. I was filling molds so the resin was layered in and thick and it seemed to work great. Happy with the product results, I ordered it again. however, this time I was using the resin for tumblers and canvas, which needs a much thinner coat, and the resin separated ( see pics) . The company has multiple products and specific purposes that work well for deeper molds and thinner molds. They recommended one to me and shipped it within two days.

This resin is my number one go to now since I have been using it. It doesn't have a real harsh smell. It cures perfectly and it's very affordable. It does last quite a bit if you don't do big projects. The drying time does take about two to three days, which is pretty much standard. It is definitely a great product for resin work.
