This seriously makes cutting my sourdough soooo much easier! I have one of those bread cutter box things that came with a bread knife, it doesn’t work with the hard crust of sourdough. But this, IVE NEVER CUT SOURDOUGH SO EVENLY and EASILY. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought this as a gift to my wife who has recently gotten into sourdough breadmaking. This knife doesn't work as well as I had hoped. It also isn't all that sharp.
