This is my favorite grooming kit I have owned and has become my main tool for managing my beard. The precise length control is nice to maintain a desired beard length, I don't really use the other attachments much, just the guard. It may be a bit pricier but it's a brand you can trust, and hopefully lasts a long long time as I usually use my main shaver for multiple years.     • Pretty close to having all your shaving needs in one place
In general, I really like this grooming kit from Braun. The groomer is cordless. It's lightweight and easy to handle. The shaving is smooth as expected. The trimming is precise and without issues. The blades are sharp and efficient, and cut without pulling. Versatility is top-notch. The different attachments make it possible and even easy to address all the various hair/position/body part/hair length/hair thickness/etc scenarios. Even a nose trimmer, which thankfully is easy to clean. It really feels like a one stop shop for all your facial and body hair cutting/shaving/trimming needs. I also like that it's waterproof and the blades are lifetime sharp (I really hope that's the case.) The battery seems to last a long time - over a week so far, but then, I am not that hairy :) The separate Gillette razor included feels gimmicky, but it's fine; I don't mind another razor in the inventory. I don't have shaving challenges from stubborn hair, nor do I have much shaving areas to cover. So the PrecisionWheel, with 40 different length settings available, is an overkill for me. But I do appreciate the option, and I am sure many others can use it. Overall, this is highly recommended.     • This is a Game Changer!
I trim my beard often. I use a few different guards to get the length I want. I go longer on the mouth and chin area, then I taper down up to the top of my ears. With this Braun Series 7, I no longer need to keep all these different guards in my bathroom. This one trimmer does it all with one attachment. The adjustability is awesome, it's very versatile. I love it! This trimmer has plenty of power. It trims very nicely; no pulling or razor burn with this trimmer. Overall, this is my new go-to beard trimmer. I absolutely love this and I highly recommend it. I can also see this work well as a body hair trimmer if that' what you want. This is a phenomenal grooming set. The trimmer head is made of metal so it effortlessly glides on the skin. It gives a even and easy cut. The body guard gives some real security and I have yet to have a nick. The button insures no hair gets into the on/off function. The guards and the locking mechanism allows me to touch up my sideburns evenly on both sides. I have done 4 full trims on the battery life that came out of the box. I am impressed. ... show more

I was really expecting more from the brand Braun. This all in one beard and body grooming kit lasted one week before it broke. The battery life seemed good. It had all the accessories to shave different areas of the body. Was easy to use but then just stopped working. For the cost, I thought it would last years, not a week. ... show more

Ordered this for my husband! He loves to play around with this trimmer and his facial hair. Easy to use and it’s very quiet. The colors are nice and vibrant & it works well. Gets a close shave if needed! Good handheld size, easy to hold and move around.
