The container is broken. It wasn’t protected well enough. It had two layers of bubble wrap when it needed more because the container is huge.

I really liked using this product when retwisting my boyfriends dreads, however, we learned that if I used to much in a loc close to the scalp it would cause his head to become even more dry and flake horrible. More than normal. If you already have dry scalp don't put this product close to your scalp because it will create build up and cause the scalp to look worse and flake dramatically. I love this product for Loc retwisting. I will continue to buy. But please start packaging differently. Maybe in a box? Bubble wrap and a brown paper envelope isn’t enough. This is my 2nd purchase with a broken container on arrival.
