I want to love this stool. It's gorgeous, after all. It was easy to assemble, too. But I haven't been able to get all 4 legs even so it's a little wobbly and the worst part is that this stool is literally GIANT. I am short to average height (5'4") and I am not comfortable climbing up into this stool on it's lowest setting. Plus my feet can barely reach the foot rest. I am not able to use these for my kids at all because it's literally dangerous for them to try and climb up onto it as it spins. Such an odd, giant size. These are the copper color version. They look and feel very durable and don't look cheap or flimsy; kind of a nice industrial look. I like that this stool has a footrest ring, but it is not that comfortable to use. I'm 5'8" and my feet can reach the footrest ring when sitting down, but it doesn't feel natural. I can't pinpoint exactly why, but I think it has something to do with the ring being too thin, too small in diameter, or both. I also think the rim of the seat is raised a little too much from the seat base, which makes it uncomfortable to sit on for my thighs. Everything else is fine. I bought the โ€œbronzeโ€ leg version. The legs that came are black with some cheap gold paint brushed on. The seat is surprisingly good quality wood. Not all the screw holes line up.
