I originally purchased one of these stands for a giant TV - we just moved from a modern house into an almost 100 yr old Lathe and Plaster walls beautiful home. I didn’t want to sink anchors into these gorgeous walls. This stand is SO PERFECT and well balanced that I bought a second one for our basement family room big TV as well. Easy to assemble with relatively clear instructions and parts layouts. Very solid/strong yet lighter weight overall than some similar stands. 1 part was defective (bent) but useable, and none of the 4 bolt sizes provided fit the TV brackets correctly, so I kept and reused my older machine bolts. The TV stand is a bit on the smaller side but still should work fine with most of today's laptops if you are connecting one to your TV screen.

I'm finally leaving a review having purchased this is 2021. The only reason being that I've been looking for another one, for a new situation, & i tried a few with built-in ac adaptors, had to return one for being too flimsy, then I bought a cheaper rolling TV cart without the adaptor,& it feels generally less solid. This model has larger turn knobs & the shelf is heavier. And in end, the shelf of this new one didn't even fit into the designated slots (because the poles obscured the outer pole slot holes!). So the virtues of this original one, solid, & just works, shine. BTW the shelf of this one has its own fittings, not dependent upon any holes in the frame. Of course, things may have changed since then.

I had low expectations for this product especially for the price. But I was very surprised how good it was. It is all steel construction much lighter than expected and very easy to put together. I am not sure that I would trust it with a heavy tv but I have a 65 inch TCL tv that is only 25 pounds so it doesn’t seem to be a problem. It has lots of safety features to ensure that your tv doesn’t fall off. The biggest thing for me was that it was the highest tv stand that I could find. Again not sure I would trust a heavier tv but for my application it is fine. The wheels were another good surprise. I figured I would have to replace them with better wheels but the wheel it came with are perfectly fine for my application.
