First of all, I want to say that the assembly was much MUCH easier than some of the other reviewers had said. Instead of using the little tool that came with this set, I used the same size/type of tool attachment on our power drill. That shaved off probably a few hours of labor. All in all, I was able to assemble every piece in about 2.5 hours (that’s just a guesstimate, because I wasn’t paying attention to time). The entire set came in 2 separate shipments. In the first shipment, there were 3 boxes, which included all of the seating. A few days later came the fire table. We are very pleased. This set looks more expensive than it cost, and the seating is comfortable!

Nice patio set for the price point ($1099 + $250 delivery + tax). We bought the 8 piece set and for the price you can’t beat it. Many other patio sets with pieces are in the $2500-$3000 range. All components came within 1-2 weeks (4 boxes total). Pros: 1) Pretty comfortable and very sturdy. The cushions are thick enough, although not luxuriously plump. 2) There are many options to select from as far as number of pieces and price points. 3) Nice gray color with beige cushions. It goes well with our multi-colored gray rug (also Amazon). Cons: 1) Assembly was blood-boiling UNTIL we figured out the perfect sequence so that everything fit together nicely (see attached photo for numbered assembly recommendations). I consider myself fairly good at assembling things, but this one had me initially because it appeared as though the holes wouldn’t line up, even with pulling and pushing. I would have probably returned it out of sheer assembly defeat until my spouse figured out exactly which bolt needed to go where in a specific sequence which allowed everything else to line up. 2) The fire table is AWESOME….except the black cover has a huge WHITE warning message printed in it, which in my opinion doesn’t look nice. 3) One piece of chair leg is coming unwoven with slight damage, but considering that this is the only piece that has damage and it was delivered by FedEx, I consider this a win overall. Overall: Happy with purchase and would probably purchase again.

This patio set has been a great addition to my backyard oasis. The cushions are very comfortable, you can easily fall asleep on them. The firepit table is a beautiful addition. The set is easy to clean and water resistance to some extent. It was a pain to put together, highly recommend have 2 or 3 people as a team to assemble, but once it is assembled it enjoy. I had trouble with the swivel chairs and reached out to the seller for assistance (very helpful). If you have trouble with the metal swivel base squares, they said to step on the squares then put on some utility gloves and twist as hard as you can. It looks like the metal was fused together but it is not that's the rotating beads.

It took 2 men about 1 hr and 20 minutes to put it together. They said one man could do it but it would take a lot longer. The furniture is very sturdy and I’m very happy with the product and the price was good.

I love this furniture. I cut glass so that the two ottomans can be used as side tables. The extra cushions have been placed in two chairs for a higher seat because my husband and I are tall. Although, sitting in the chairs without the extra cushions was also comfortable. I have had this set for about 2 months and it is used regularly. I was very pleased that the cushions have not lost there shape. We have been told everyone that visits how beautiful our outdoor space is. This set has given our deck an elegant look.

The bad The cushions are stiff. Some of the holes didnt line up too well but it still went together. The rocking/swivel chairs don't rock easy. Its very stiff. There's been something wrong with the fire pit from day 1. It doesn't light easy AT ALL. We've had gas people and handymen look at it and it either wont light, or burns your eyebrows after lighting so aggressively. The good The quality of material use for the seats seems to hold up really well. The cushions are thick, which is nice. Relatively easy to put together.
