I am 6’5 320 I got a 3x and it does what I need. Support is decent. Not great if you need a lot of support but if you just need stabilization and help with soreness after long walks or standing periods it’s great! Compression: Nice compression not too tight and doesn’t move around

This brace was not for me but is still give it 5 stars. A sleeve doesn't provide the stability I needed regardless of the brand so I can't fault the product as the description clearly indicates that. 5 stars for being the first plus sized product I've seen where the mfgr as features to help it stay in place. The thicker material works to keep out from rolling or sliding (be sure to accurately measure first and it will stay in place). Because it is thicker, it does have creases behind the knee when bent, so if you air for long periods you should consider is that is problematic for you. It keeps the joint warm which if a plus for arthritis, but if you don't want warmth it possible sweat when exercising then you should consider the old fashion fabric ones. Compared to other neoprene sleeves this is far ahead of the competition.

I won't buy this product again because it rolls down on me. The spongy material it's made out of is comfortable, but by the third "wear", it rolled down constantly.

I suffer from osteoarthritis and my knees hurt a lot. I am also a larger person, so have trouble finding knee sleeves to fit my larger thighs, as most of them want to just roll down. Braceability braces are high quality neoprene and I have never had the issue of the roll down, they fit very nicely . They provide enough compression that it supports my knees and helps with the pain. They wear well too. I’ve had this brace for 6+ months and I wear it almost daily while working and it still works great, it is not worn out at all. Would highly recommend

The item I received was just a foam sleeve with a logo on it and some stitching on the back to make it bear resemblance to a compression sleeve. It provides no actual compression, and is weak and flimsy. Spend your money elsewhere.
