When you unbox it, you get a really solid pad and adjustable bars that you can use to wedge into a door frame. To unbox and setup, it'll take you maybe 20 minutes on the long end. It's really that easy, just open the box, attach the bars, remove the slack and adjust it to be firm and you can use it. The pad is quite well made, it's strong and can definitely take a beating. The bar is pretty sturdy and the cups on the end that meet the door frame are made so you can really wedge things in firmly. But that said, the entire experience depends very large on the door frame and placement. If you're looking for a quick light workout or practice speed strikes, this is well suited to it. If you want to punch heavily and practice powerful strikes, you're going to be a little disappointed. At the same time b/c of how it's mounted in a static position, you can't really practice moving in and out in a realistic manner. As a light little workout aid, it's definitely capable of doing the job. If you're serious about striking and practicing, you'll probably want something else, not b/c of any shortcoming of this product but rather b/c the nature of having something mounted in a doorframe.

The willpygo Boxing Bag Doorway Punching Bag is a great option for someone who wants a traditional hanging punching bag, but cannot install one. I have wanted an at game punching bag for years, but I've never been able to hang one from my ceiling, nor do I have the adequate space for a wall rack or even a standing option. Because of these restrictions I looked into a suitable alternative and that is when I found this doorway bag. The bag is easy to install and holds up very well to the besting I give it. The pad is thick enough to sustain a pounding, while also being soft enough and forgiving enough to my hands. The pad also has a nice springy responsiveness to it. This has become a staple of my home workout routine.

At first, I couldn’t figure out how to adjust this to fit our door frame without any instructions. The poles have an end that can be screwed to provide adjustment to fit the doorway. My daughter is the boxer and tried this out. She didn’t love how it comes back at you and it felt different than the bags at her class. It did hold up well to being punched and stayed in place well.

This is a great bag for a fun workout of light punching. It's easy to assemble and stays in the doorway well. It's not like a heavy bag so it's not perfect for certain punches or for people who might be looking for something to absolutely smash, but for anybody just looking to get up and move, this is the perfect thing.

Pretty cool product. It fits snugly in the 30 inch doorway we chose to install it in. Easy to assemble despite not having instructions. Has good bounce-back and my kid has really been enjoying it!

This was super easy to install. I installed it alone in probably 60 seconds. It stays really stable, I was worried it'd slide but that's not a problem. It's good sized and easy to move up or down. The bungees are nice and tight to keep it responsive. Overall I'm very happy with this product, but for the price point I expected a little heavier duty. For example, they use plastic hooks instead of metal. The actual pad isn't as padded as I'd expect but it's still more than good enough for bare knuckle or gloves.
