I've had this bike for several days now and I can't get enough of it. It's amazing and so much fun to ride. The assembly was easy and I was riding it in less than an hour. Even without pedal assist, while it's a heavy bike, it's not hard to pedal if the battery ever ran out. However, the battery hasn't even gone below half and I've gone on some long rides. For a nice relaxing ride I'll have it in PAS 1 in 6th gear (about 12 mph). For a speedy ride I'll use PAS 2 in 7th gear (about 18- 20 mph). It can be fast if you need it to be. I've had the bike over 30 mph. The brakes on this bike work great. The seat is comfortable. The only negative I would be able to mention is that the derailer could have been adjusted a little better out of the factory. But that's it. It's a great bike for a great price. Lastly, I am very impressed with their customer service. They called after the bike was delivered to make sure I was happy, which I was extremely happy.

290lbs rider here. Was looking for a an e-bike for both commuting and leisure riding w/ a frame that can handle my weight. Glad I came across this one. Assembly was not too bad. Had more trouble getting rid of the box and plastic than actually putting the bike together. Instructional videos online via YouTube were really helpful. Ride has been great. Easy to gear shift and learn pedal assist functions. Big tires, big seat, great top speed are definitely worth the price tag. Friendly customer support. Looking forward to many rides!

I got on it for the first time and was shocked at how much power this had even just starting off. I was skeptical on the YouTube reviews but I am happy I bought this. I am a disabled vet that weighs 280 pounds, so this will help strengthen my knee over time and be a blast to ride at yhe same time. Everything feels like quality with this. I do wish it was on the lighter side but it feels very well built. Customer service was fast in responding to any questions I had about the bike before I bought it and were very polite. As far as the company, they are based out of Hungary and I believe have been making bikes for a while. I believe this bike is worth the price.

I’m 380 pounds, haven’t ridden a bike in 10 years, and have the balance of one legged hippo; and this bike is amazing. I was able to ride it easily, quickly, and most importantly, had fun doing it. Highly recommend this bike. It is heavy, but you’ve got a 30 pound battery under you so what do you expect? For those like me who were looking for a way to get outdoors when your joints didn’t feel like you could, get this bike.

Have already recommended this company to family. Easy to work with; great feedback. Wonderful communications with staff. Very respectful. Even call to check up after questions were answered. Huge difference than Lelectric who we bought a trike from and have yet to get a return call. (over a month). If Puppypucki sold a trike for height of 4'11" we would have bought it from them. A lovely company and a great product! We are getting outside more and really enjoying it.
