This really wasn't as complicated to put together as some reviews stated. Just stay organized and lay everything out on floor including the hardware. I counted everything out. It took me a total if about 3 hours to put it together and I never had to go back and make any corrections. It's a beautiful piece and holds my 50" TV perfectly. I missed my gas fireplace so much but I didn't want to bring gas or real wood into our older home. After MUCH research, I chose this unit. It's actually very nice and seems of decent quality. The only improvements I would suggest are: (1) provide more temperature adjustments for the thermostat and (2) make a center ground support where the firebox unit slides in. This isn't going to heat your house but it'll keep you warmish in a smaller space. ... show more

Nice looking product, but ended up returning it. Beautiful looking pieces that looked of good quality. However, one of the pieces never fit properly upon assembly. The company was accessible and willing to send me another piece. I didn’t want to risk getting another faulty piece and didn’t want spend more of my life putting it together. The company gave me a full refund, but I had to pay out of pocket for the shipping which was $456.00. It’s a nice product with good reviews, just be aware that you may have to pay out of pocket to return product if you don’t have an obvious broken piece. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful unit. Very sturdy. Took a looooooong time to assemble but I am someone who is not the brightest at understanding assembly instructions and diagrams. They make it super simple to understand where each piece should go (there are arrows pointing in the right direction and numbers on all pieces).
